@searchandupload While 4 is a little early, I think most people eat way too late. 5 or 6 at the latest is good.

@scottw182 if I eat at 6,i get hungry around 11 or midnight...in Italy we usually eat around 8 or 9,and I think it's perfect..

@azogrulez88 Well, if you keep late hours, then eating dinner later is perfectly acceptable. I go to bed around 10:30-11 so I can get up for work, so eating at 8 or 9 wouldn't be good. Bottom line, you don't want to eat too close to bed-time, it's not healthy.
