The one in the homecoming special, was live, that part I mean. And I think that part is live. It's just that she saves all her voice for that specific part. As a singer i can say that the fact a note is higher does not mean it's more difficult. There are middle notes that can be hard to produce depending on breathing, sound in the syllable etc. She might well reach that last note since she just let's go. No other lines after that, no need to restrain or control. Got it?
Rainbow was a horrible album making this and a few others exceptions.

i actually think most of those are live.
and i do agree the middle range is harder to sing especially if you use the chest voice rather than throat voice.
