how do i know if my molly is pregnant since i read they have to have a black spot on ther belly and they didnt had a black spot i just notice they got slimmer and found 23 babies.

And I notice it has a belly again, is she pregnent again?

Platy and not platty. Second platy is not this big! :-) Platy is much more little than molly. Swordtail and molly are those who are big :-)

i have so many mollies that i have to eat them to keep the population under control. i eat about 10,000 fry a day and they are still over flowing out of my tank. I moved most of them to my pool and now my pool is 80% mollies and 20% water.

my two mollies were diffrent, so i've discoverd a hybrid!!

to see if a black molly is pregenant (usually you cant see the fry cause the blackness of the molly covers them up) try looking for the white tub beside the anal fin also the female will look plumper, just thought i would be of help!

usually when you buy them from the store the will be ready to breed some kinds you will see a large black spot resembling the little tiny eye of the baby

hi nice clip to bad it's in green net not plastic so we can see better i have 9 guppies 6 girls and 3 boys got them like 2 weeks ago and 1 had babies but i only found 4 in tank :-( i didn't get her in breeding trap but 4 is better then none well i will be ready next month well in 21 days and counting :-)
