Actually, here at Philippines, most of the time we define singers as a good singer if they can reach or hit high notes, have a very charismatic and clear voice and could sing at least every genre.. Filipino audience are also the most difficult crowd to please. It doesn't impress even if you're in tune. Charice has it all!
