the problem with kde4 that u need to click everything menus , icons ...fingers has small muscles they get tired easily and fast ...on gnome u can just point at a menu and the next menu appear
i would say that as of beta, its much less buggy and it feels much more smooth. no lag when switching between buttons/windows/whatever. another way to look at it is if you never used linux before and all you do is use windows... you will easily pick up and learn kubuntu 9.1
personally i would say it is way beyond opensuse and madriva. like i said those distros are filled with annoying bugs and lags. this one if very smooth and enjoyable.
I haven't used Mandriva or Pardus lately but they get good reviews. I like Kubuntu a lot more than OpenSuse. Kubuntu doesn't screw about with the way KDE works, and KPackageKit is nicely integrated into KDE's System Settings (the way its supposed to be).
OpenSuse neutered System Settings, renamed it Personal Settings and moved most of its functionality into into YaST. What arrogance and short sighted stupidity must lie behind screwing up all the good usability work the KDE team did ?

How can you review something without saying something?

How would you rate Kubuntu's kde 4.3 implementation against other kde distros like Mandriva and Opensuse?

That's good to hear because Iike debian based distros and kde. Is their kde implementation at the level of mandriva, opensuse or pardus?
