my areas of study do not involve anything in relation to the courtroom proceedings nor do i possess any type of knowledge about it but observing on how these things were going, it somehow made me assume the fact that it is part of the law proceedings that the hearing should comprise proper definitions and clarifications of certain terms in regards to the scandal

i believe there is a more detailed public hearing about the scandal, and also that this is just the beginning of the public hearing
