@armatus99 In soccer the ongoing situation is always played to the end. and the game is not over until referee says it's over (like in quite a many other games). 3 minute overtime was given considering the game before that overtime. So giving those 45 seconds more was right decision because for example 3-2 goals celebration and starting the game again after it took at least that time. The referee did exactly the one and only right decision. But of course you would've done better yourself? lol.
