i run one of those before not too bad of machine lot of hydralic leaks to keep up with i know they turned it over but why in the world would you go through the trouble of putting in old ties seems pointless why not go ahead and put new ones in. Even if it's just a yard track seems like a waste of money

Why on every construction job i see there is one guy in a machine and 3 or 4 other guys just standing around watching?
I dont know how much they get payed for standing there but if they get tired please let me know because ill do it lol.
