It sucks when you find a good version and then the guy does full speed, and there is no tab. I dont want to have to hit pause and replay the shit a million times to figure out what he does on some parts. Sure would't pay money for it. He has the music in front of him, wtf?
@jessee1969 EXACTLY, and correct lessons always seem to be the ones that NEVER have tab or chord explaination. If he would just at least name the chords i could get it but noooooooooo lol
Wish you'd been around 25 years ago, when I was a kid and still interested in playing. Great video! You take the time to explain what is going on in the riffs and even how to tune it to the particular song.
AJ199508, you are actually pretty close to the truth, though it wasn't an AC/DC song you are hearing. The punchy rhythm to Flying High Again was "borrowed" by Randy and Bob Daisley from 'Alright Now' by FREE. Randy, Lee and Bob did this all the time, as most professional song writers do. Check out 'Believer', also on Diary,... intro riff concept and arrangement "inspired - borrowed - adapted" from HENDRIX's 'Purple Haze'. Good ear my friend!
i remember Andy as a contributing editor from Guitar for the practicing musician way back in the day ...... Andy, I owe you so much for the tabs, you taught me and my brother to play the guitar
@CiviC092 I Think that's the RR5FR cause you can see a little bit on the side of the headstock that its painted which means it's a neck thru one and the tremolo though I couldn't tell whether it's a Original one or not I'm pretty sure it's not a low profile one so it couldn't be a RR3
@Raistlin222 HAHA! I said the same thing about Epiphones and Squiers only "They are like herpes. You treat it, give it anything, do your best to make it better, but in the end you're fucked."
@dimlightbulb10 I really haven't spent an exorbitant amount...and the money spent on a Jackson guitar is well worth it. If you're a musician and you spend less than $1000 dollars on a guitar....that's NOT out the ass haha. I know guyz that spend 10k bucks on a single guitar. That was several years before I became endorsed. Granted Jackson makes guitars with the aggressive player in mind. So they aren't for everyone. But they are the best guitars top to bottom for metal.
@aj199508 Okay??? It reminds me of a simple chord progression that indeed does follow the lines of what Angus Young would do, but is it relevent to bring it up? I think not.
@slicknik13 Yeah, it actually is relevant. Noting commonalities in songs helps improve musicianship. Since this isa learning video, I'd say it's useful to bring up. Lighten up, dude.

I really wish he would slow down a bit doing the intro riffs. Hard to keep up with him always doing it at song speed.
