You've got the hammer-ons and pull-offs. You just need to put a little more oomph into the bends and vibrato. That's where you can pour soul into the notes. Also, SRV hardly ever bends all the way up to the major 3rd like that. Try making it a 1/4 note bend so you hit the blue note between major and minor 3rd.
