Its there, you just can't hear it because your behind the engine in perspective of this video.

Look up " Mentle " on here. Its a wild ride, but the purpose is to show you how you can hear the wine your referring to while the car is coming toward you, then only the exhaust noise once its past. Its not a newb question either. You just haven't been around them is all. The wine is only from the belt tension anyhow. It can be adjusted loose or tight to get the sound you want. Tighter being louder
