  • what if i weight 290 pounds and am on the computer all day with an incredibly low self esteem from a life long struggle with bullies (jocks) ...

  • Hi Omar, instead of doing sprinting, would shuttle runs be a good substitute? Because i'm quite chubby and i dont like running in front of people, so if i could do the shuttle runs i could do them in my back yard. Thanks for your time

  • " WROOOONNNNGGGG "

  • Holla! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • i stared a hiit cardio with jump rope and i dont know if i am doing it right

2 min of warm up than i star the training. 10 min of jumping rope every day,30 sec normal intensity->30 sec max intensity and so on for 10 min.i also workout everyday with weights, 2 days a week for Biceps,Triceps,Latissimus and Forearm, 2 days Shoulder,Chest and Legs, and 3 days weekly i do Push ups and Sit ups.

is it enough to lose my belly fat and are 10 min of HIIT Cardio everyday enough for the afterburn effect?

  • I herd skipping is a very good way to reduce fat, can anyone confirm this

  • @RogalDorn69 yes it is, but high intensity cardio is beter

  • Hey Omar what do you think about my HIIT workout... 3 min warming 12 min (1 min walking for 6 mile per hour/ 1 min sprinting for 11 miles per hour) 3 min for cool down... am i doing it right man??

  • @daemoni99 Thats not bad, I'd shorten the easy portion, do more like 30 seconds all out intensity and 1 min 30 easy if on a TREADMILL (as its hard to adjust, 30/30 is best for non treadmill)

  • @OmarIsuf Thanks Man... I always workout on a TRADEMILL so i have explored several trainings... i will start working out 30 hardcore/for 1:30 easy...

  • Hi, can you tell me when is the best time to eat after a high intense training?

  • Man you're fuck'd up i barely could understand you

  • I was walking home from work one night at 1am when I decided to initiate a quick HIIT routine before bed. From a start position I bolted forward, and there was a woman in front of me. She looked back and started running too...

  • What is this phaggotry...? Just kidding bro. Nice video!

  • my ankle twists when running

  • would doing an hour of cardio on an eliptical at 20 resistance full intensity work?

  • this is a good video but you sound like Rocky Balboa's relative

  • @CREEPINONRACHEL ahaha

  • were u high when filming it???

  • There is 5 feet of snow outside and no indoor facilities near by. What should i do ?

  • First 5 min. of unnecessary crap. Just cut the video in half !!!!!

  • WRONGGGG!!!!

  • ayo omar! would interval training with a jump rope be just as beneficial as running, or would it be better? routine example would be 30 secs of singles followed by 30 secs of doubles for 15 - 20 minuets

  • @TEAMPLAYBOI It would definitely work, I would say slightly less effective but still great. The skipping would have to be very fast during the intensity part!

  • I'm 5'6 160... I want to get to somewhere around 150 by the end of december. What should I do?

  • @WhiteFuzion focus on compound movements during your workouts (pull ups push ups military press, workouts requiring more than one muscle group) reduce your carb intake on days you do not workout and dont eat carbs after 6 am - stick to lean protein and vegetables and drink LOTS of water throughout the day

  • Hahahaha this video is hilarious

  • @natash869 I'm happy that you are feeling great now! It must be because of WeightLossAction. Info I also feel happy and enjoying this program.

  • lmao "there goes London 2012" I watched this vid three times. You're hilarious. I actually want to go workout now. You make it look fun!

  • Hi Omar, found this looking for something to throw into the mix with my workouts for a leaner look, i was wondering whether this was a good idea though with my current build and reconstructed ACL's, went a bit silly with the weights but i'm down to around 200 pounds at 6.7 ft, do you think i'll destroy my knees?

  • the reason marathon runners are so lean is because of their genetics, their skinnyness makes them successful at running, but they'd more than likely be skinny even if they didn't run

  • @toby099

not true, I have seen lot of marathon runners who have become fat after they stopped running marathons and others who abandoned marathon and started weight-lifting and they gained mass easily and quikly. I also know super skinny marathon runners who used to be obese just few years ago.

  • I scared of you bro

  • ciccy guy

  • 3...2...1...DANCE!!

  • High intensity is great if you are already used to playing a sport which involves a lot of running..i play football...and wanted to tone up even more. Apart from losing weight...my legs became all ripped n toned with a combination of football and high intensity warmups:)

  • "WRONG"!!!!!

  • I wasnt losing weight till i actually UPPED my caloric intake to 1400 a day from 1000. i lost 6 pounds this week....just by eating more!

  • Maybe i stupid question, but i do cardio 5 times a week. usually 3 times hiit, 2 times 15 minuts of running. Today and yesterday i switched running with stationary cycling 20 minutes (standing) and today i switched my hiit for once with 32 minutes of cycling (also standing) Did the last choice made muscle loss occur ?

  • got take a shower

  • I LOVE John Cho....

And dear god, he's bulked up since Harold & Kumar, eh?

Ha ha! Man this dude IS Mr Cho! Funny too.... great vid, bro.

  • RICHARD!!!!!

  • hey omar, would it be a good idea to jog for 3 minutes straight then walk for 1 minute and do this for 35 minutes 3 days a week?

  • For being as beasty as you are, you sure are slow lol

  • I work out 5 times a week, doing 50 minutes of interval training on the elliptical machine and feel my leg muscles bulging out afterwards, then i do about 30 minutes of weight training in the pyramid pattern, u know, 12 light, 10 heavier, 8 really heavy, 6 super heavy, 12 light, done. but my main goal is to drop all of my extra bodyfat...is this is a good way to do it? btw im a girl

  • @redsmooch989 It sounds like you are doing weight lifting right after your interval training. Don't do this, it can cause you to lose muscle. Always do interval training after weight lifting or on its own day.

  • lmao if thats your goal I did not rob that XD thanks mate this really helped

  • Hes on so much steraroids his balls just disapeared . No jk lol thanks for the tips i like your videos :)

  • Yo Omar. I am doing 20 minutes LI then 1 minute fastest sprint(100%), 1 min cool down(walk/jog) then repeat the next ones with a bit lower speed (60%).

In total it takes 20 mins to do HIIT (including cool downs).

So i do a HIIT of 10 minutes.

What I want to ask. Am I doing good or not? Am I burning my muscles?(I take 2000 calories a day as energy for jogging so I won't burn muscles while doing cardio)

    Thanks in advance.

  • @VizardMaskedSoldier With that amount, no muscle loss will occur, ramp up the energy expenditure by making it more intense and priortize exercise and you'll be fine :)

  • @OmarIsuf Okay thanks bro. Nice vids you have btw. Funny but serious. :D

  • Comment removed

  • @OmarIsuf Here's the big question. I like to do hiit cardio on my non-weigh training days. What should I eat after a hiit workout? Should I consume a protein shake with simple carbs or fibrous carbs. I'm a little confused.I experience the after burn effect

  • @jaylov168 Consume a simple fruit like a banana and you'll be good to go!

  • bro how do u burn flab fast plz answer back

  • Hi Omar, im 170cm tall, 173 lbs. I work out 4x a week for roughly 90 minutes. I am currently on a protein only diet (20g of carbs a day)

Even with all of this i cant seem to shift the body fat off of my body. Any ideas?

  • @djguy100 A protein only diet is a terrible idea and will actually make you catabolic as it will break down muscle to utilize extra energy. My advice. Workout 5-7 hours of high intensity. Eat 100gram carbs, 200grams protein and about 50-70grams of healthy fat. This is a great starting point, along with consistency being the key!

  • @OmarIsuf 5-7HOURS A DAY?!

  • @OmarIsuf WTH 5-7 HRS!?

  • @OmarIsuf uhm nope. ever heard PSMF?

    jesus.

  • @djguy100 when on a low carb diet, you really have to amp up the fats. keto diets work excellently if you can stick to it. but unless you really want to be in the super low bf% figures it's not really necessary.

  • I started out in August 2010 at doing a 3 minute walk, 1 minute sprint at 3.5 mph and 5.5 mph (sprint) - worked my way all the way up to a 4 mph walk at 1 minute and 8 mph (eeek!) sprint at 1 minute, so 1 and 1 - I can only do about 12-13 minutes of this, trying to work up to 15 minutes straight of this combo, it's SOOoo hard, but I've gone from 208 lbs to about 182 lbs in about 4 months (26 lbs). Combined with weight training with my 2 trainers 3x a week (for 1 hr each), seeing great results!

  • am 22yrs old n 59.5kg .. can i able to make flat abs... is this weight is enough....???

    plz help.....

  • @xmacse how tall are you?

  • @xmacse how tall are you?

  • am 22yrs old n 59.5kg .. can i able to make flat abs... is this weight is enough....???

  • WRANG! Group X fan by any chance?? lol. Best 10 minutes spent on youtube.

  • WRONG!!!! WRONG!!!!!

  • lol lol lol funny ass shit running funny

  • man.. i just wANTED TO SEE YOU WITHOIUT A SHIRT..

  • Great video- informative & entertaining to boot! One question though.. what is the name of that song in your opening?? I love it!

  • "No," Christine: I have my clients hit the diet issue first, as always, then the results come a lot faster. Proof is in the gluten-free pudding. ;)

  • Omar,,, whats up. my names Omar... nice name... anyway..

Im 22, weight 100kgs. and im 6foot 2..... i have done HIIT alot... in the past..

can u let mek now if the way im doing it is right?

3 days HIIT.. on treadmill. i do a 5 minute warm up. walk/jog.... then i do 45 Second sprint and 1.5 minute fast paced walk... 8-10 sets... does that sound okay.. with 5 minute walk after to cool down... then i think F*ck it.. and walk for another 15 minutes.. is that okay?

Other days i do moderate cardio

  • @omarahad Lower the rest to 60 seconds and incorporate this protocol into your weight lifting and from where you are, you should see more results, intensity ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS, if its not working, do more :)

  • It's Anaerobic Glycolysis, not glycosis! (4:29) I realize this is a joke, but I know your still trying to convey a message, so do your homework man.

  • Sup Omar, my name is Yakup, my age is 15, Im 72 kg & im 1.75 cm tall. For 7 weeks I've been doing 1 hr ab work & 1 hr interval running every morning on an empty stomach yet i have hardly seen results & havent even lost a kg, & i was on a low fat low sugar and carb diet with alot of water. My friend says its cause my body stopped burning fat & is burning muscle instead, & bulking up is a good option, is this true? I'm not fat, I just want to get rid of the small amount of belly fat for my abs

  • @yakupkilci Quick answer: At your age, and weight. You are just skinny: you haven't built up abdominal muscles that would be visible and you are only doing cardiovascular work, therefore the first thing to go would be your muscle. My advice? starting lifting weights instead, train 5-7 hours a week between weights and cardio, increase your protein and you'll be fine

  • @OmarIsuf true

  • @OmarIsuf ill take your advice, and do weights more often and cardio once or twice a week omar no doubt with your experties id achieve :) cheers man.

and one more thing, your telling me its not the belly fat thats my problem, its my abs that arent big enough? dude if i got that right then you just made me very happy, i stressed so much over losing the excess fat! haha i feel special for getting a reply man, i admire you because i wna become a fitness trainer :) but soccer is my number 1 option!

  • RRRRIIIICHAAARD!!!! (lmao, your silly)

  • I like your sense of humor.

  • Haha.. I like the way you've done the video! The different method is a good thing! :D

  • hi guys i recently enlisted into the AirForce, and before i get shipped out for basic training i want to be in peak performance. so im planning on joining a gym. i just want some tips on how i could improve my cardio.

  • @spraystarch No problem champ, go to my channel where I got tons of free exercise videos for you :)

  • @spraystarch try scoby... everybody loves scooby when its about on healthy muscle building... just sayin^^

  • usually i do walk, jog, sprint. Is that okay or should it just be jogging and sprinting?

  • @LAmASxc Jog and sprint for the win

  • its time for us . . . to reach our GOALS!!! lol hahaha

  • this makes sense humans did not evolve running marathons we ran quick short distances to catch animals etc.

  • It's scary when someone with such a sense of humour can probably kick your ass lmfao.

  • Yep I said the same thing when I was a young guy but now I'm 42 and cardio is what keeps me lean. I would like to see this guys attitude and opinions when hes 42. LOL

  • does wearing a weight vest while sprinting make any difference??

  • LOLOLOLOL this guy is so funny XD

  • Nice socks....

  • hi Omar :) can i use this workout instead of leg and glute workout? i plan to train my upper body twice a week ( 3 sets of push ups, pull ups and reverse flys) and do hiit workout 2-3 times a week ( i am realy curious will it help build my legs and glutes? i want them to look just like yours :) what do you think about it?

i want also REALY thank for Your videos, i am after car accident and You are my inspiration to get back in shape... MUCH LOVE FROM POLAND

    RICHARDDD....

  • @tyler87durden Congrats on making the decision to get into awesome shape my man, thats great! Now this routine is excellent for building strength and some muscle in the legs, however its insufficient to exclusively train the legs. Squats, deadlifts, lunges, are all integral components of a solid leg routine, regardless or goals. See my new video about lifting heavy- its always the goal! Good luck!

  • Great video with great tips... I really like the playful attitude, it made me want to do the workout :)

    Thanks!!

  • we do the same 15 minute run thing but we sprint the last minute or so till the end and every week it goes higher and higher. Btw i dont have much fat on me but even though i do the cardio workouts plus other workouts like sit ups , chin ups , press ups i still have fat around my ab region and i cant get my abs to show, why is that?

  • @chrisJongil

Its probably because your not doing the abs first & last during your workout! plus you gotta work all parts of your abs in the same day. I put about 20mins into my abs 10mins in the beginning then 10mins tired as fuck from doing cardio into my abs. Plus it could be the stuff your eating... I hate problem with getting abs until I stop eating so much damn pasta. Also get in some Squats & bar lunges that will give nice abs... I didn't learn that until I became Army Officer

  • haah wow i played a football game there once :p i ate shit on the dirt right there in the middle of the field haha

  • thank you!! I went and looked in the mirror and i realized i was slouching alot, ill work on that. And about the abs... I think i have them. I talked to my mom and she said theres a history of celiac disease in my family. So it could be the gluten. Thank you!!

  • ok i have a question that no one has been able to answer. I am 16 and i weight 164 lb. I do not have much fat but i am wel built like yourself. Except my stomach will not stay flat. i have abs when i flex but my stomach always appears bloated, it sticks out even though i have like no fat on it!

  • @chok2345 Easy answer: being bloated means you are eating food that is inflammatory for you. Common sources are gluten, dairy, soy, caffeine, artificial sweeteners, pork, corn and a host of other potential foods. In addition some healthy foods like broccoli, can cause bloating due to the high stomach volume. And make sure you really have abs and your posture is correct!

  • @OmarIsuf bull! it has nothing to do with inflammation! If it were, he˙d be having tons of diarrhea and farting! what kind of "expert" are you?? btw most of your facts in this movie are wrong as well..

  • man ur totally flat feeted arent u :D

  • Comment removed

  • "I DID NOT ROB THAT" makes this a win.

  • @MikeJustDidit I did not rob that.. WRONG XD

  • "Cut!! Wardrobe...can we get him in a smaller shirt?!"

  • @davmor63 its a compression shirt >.<

  • @davmor63 its like under armour its meant to be that tight

  • rofl ure crazy man ;)

  • paliacio. did have you ever saw a fat marathon runner...

  • @caverna18bg fat people run to lose weigh, if ure fat and u run for 20 minutes with out stopping everyday in 2 months ure not fat anymore

  • paliacio

  • thanks man for the tip

  • I wanna get ripped. im not fat. how many times a week should i do this?

  • @lyon87 3-4 coupled with a smart work out and diet program, check my videos on the channel for those!

  • how many times a week should i do this?

  • THIS GUY IS AWESOME=] .this is probable a dumb question but besides burning calories, do u build stamina and endurance with this training and if u do is it BETTER then jogging? please reply!

  • @ublec15 Yes, absolutely, this is more athletic by nature and natural to our bodies, so yes better than jogging :)

  • :D Great vid,very helpful.And nice "exit" btw xD

  • ese we esta piraa

    pero muy buenos consejos

  • 3,2,1 dance!

  • white is much nicer then i thought .. one tiem i mus tbuy one pullover like that

  • I know its been said before...

    but...

    ...RIIIIICHAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRD!

  • Funnies work out video i've seen in a long time...Richard Simmons! LMAFo!

  • I like it that you count yourself off when running. lol This is pretty funny. Good stuff man. Very different from what other stuff I've seen.

  • This guy is Cool!

  • Iv been told when you do high intesity that burns gluco's. So even when you burn alot of calories during HIIT iv been told your not burning fat calories. Glucos calories, and when you do cardio, you burn streight from fat calories, when you do walk and light jog, lighter intesity more fat. Is this true?

  • @gokunarutosal actually in the first seconds you burn creatine, then the glucolisis stars..... after you glycogen stores are emptied your body does a process called glyconeogenesis in witch the body turns "fats" into glucose by spending energy in that process so you can have carbs to burn again. The more energy you need, the more you body is gonna take from fat.

  • whahahahah wieow wieow wieow i din't rob that XD!!! whaha funny XD then u just runned and then gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg wth xD?

  • your an idiot, but made me laugh LOL! so very well done hahhaa

  • oh man you are a funny guy

  • Should I be doing HIIT everyday and if so how offten? Also will this have me lose muscle cause I dont want to lose muscle

  • so, if i heavy lift in the late evening,..i have to wait until night fall to interval train?

  • @11033066099 Nope. IDEALLY it would go weights then intervals, but if you work out late, do the interval seperately in the morning, problem solved ;)

  • @OmarIsuf great body omar!
