"It takes a village to raise a child." Where is this village in America? Really, where is it? All I see is criticism. If America raised its children every time a child was born, teenage pregnancy wouldn't be an issue, because the society would be feeding its people. But, no, there has got to be some unnatural criticism - religion, yeah right, if it wasn't for frontal lobes, there wouldn't be such a view - towards something natural somewhere.

your heart is there...but honestly you have to see the REAL outcome of something like that. To control who has children is to control the growth (or hinder) an entire human race. That's what will happen, it already is in a way going on. Do some reseach on how women were secretly steralized in US hospitals not too long ago because someone felt they were unfit. What about how blacks were unable to vote bc they couldnt count the beans in a jar? The "parent test" would also get unreasonable quickly.

If people were forced to take a test before giving birth to a child, it would serve as a means of control that would be exploited just like every other means of control that we have today. It would not be the focused on the children but it would be targeting the parents that have something that our government see as more valuable then a life it self. Money.
