  • Hey naturalstrength1, I am looking for a station like the one you have in this video, can you call me the brand name and what its called? Also how much did you pay for it? Thanks man!

  • @RobMagic08

It's the IronMan "Power Tower". I bought it about 3 years ago at "Play it Again Sports" brand new for about $130. Good luck with the training!!

  • Carl, you're probably the smartest gripguy out there. I'll have to give theese one's a try

  • Thanks David! I think you will really enjoy these pull-up variations with the thick ropes. They will fry your forearms and give a killer burn. Thanks again!

  • i don't have a pull up bar so I use ropes.

I could only do 4 at a time

  • hey do you kno of any training techniques to become good at pull ups... like i can only do 2 lmao so wut things could i do to increase my strength for this exercise... if u could give me advice i would appreciate it.. ps. hope u get this soon, im training to go into the navy and im shipping in a couple of months.

  • do a lot of recline rows, maybe shoulder presses, and mainly do pull ups as often as possible u wont over train them

  • Great F-ing idea!!! I am definitely going to try this

  • I struggle with doing pullups. I am a bit heavy the most people so I've been trying to get better and better as the weeks go on but pullups are definitely a very hard exercise

  • Now that is genious, powerful training tool on a shoestring budget or should I say Mop String Budget--lol

GREAT IDEA -- You are always thinking out of the box and bucket--lol

  • I like it. I guess you could also us it for tricep pull-downs, rope cable curls, face-pulls,

    etc. Keep the ideas coming!
