I can't believe that he is still in love with someone who is scared of his own feelings. Religion ABOVE LOVE. I can not understand ANY kind of religion rejecting LOVE between two people, no matters if they are of the same sex, IS LOVE, and the chances of finding TRUE LOVE are just a few, so when you got it, enjoy it !! NOTHING should stand in their way. Life is just too short to waste time. Live and let live. If your God is good, he will.

pablodavids u are so right! No religion must come between true love (isn't love what all religions are teaching?) But we have to cut Syed some slack here. He's not only trying to fight that he's into guys but he has to fight against his religion. I'm a christian orthodox and I know very well that muslims have, DAY IN - DAY OUT, lecturs from EVERYONE, family, school, friends, what is wrong and what isn't. All day long, what u should or shouldn't do! Anyway,GREAT love story,hope they get together!
