@Jazzguitarist123 listen to omission by frusciante...josh is in it and the first time i heard it i thought it was a girl singing with him. so i think he'll be okay but i mean it's frusciante he's replacing...im very curious to hear their new sound. but yea he does have some back up vocal abilities.

@Jazzguitarist123 there was a video of him singing the backup on "so much i" and he did a really good job. he doesnt hit the exact high note but he harmonizes with anthony and it sounds a lot better than john

A major part of the Chili's sound was not only John's guitar playing/synths but also his backing vocal arrangements... when I listen to Dosed that song is enough to make me cry (and has). But then I listen to Omission which is a track from Shadows with John and Josh and I realise the Chili's would be in safe hands. Plus Josh has performed live on stage with the Chili's already... and he looked very much part of the set up.
