put the weight on toes! shift like hell in the back swing! shift to your heel :) in the downswing and lean you body away from the target.

The swing he makes at 2:42 actually has decent positions. It's certainly not a powerful swing. If he is able to consistently repeat this motion, then he probably hits a very short but reasonably straight ball. Of course, nothing about his move through the ball looks particularly repeatable. He ignores most (if not all) of Hogan's fundamentals. My guess is that he's the best of his friends, but was never and will never be a scratch player. He also sounds like he has a serious drinking problem.
