I've had this stuff before, its not bad at all. The stuff that really burns is when I went to covent in London, a small store known as Mullens & Westley, and their tins of snuff was really strong. Stronger than the German kind in my opinion.

The only snuff I can find here in the U.S is W.E Garrett & Sons it comes in a little can and its very harsh on my nasal makes me cough and it burns very bad

If you're from the U.S. look for Toque snuff. That brand is sold in the U.S. to as far is I know. You can order it online too.

In my opinion Poeschls snuff is about the best you can get. English snuff is too peppery and dry for me. McChrystals O&G is the next best. I am currently snuffing Gletscher Prise and Ozona Raspberry.

This video is great...I've been looking at a bunch of the snuff tobacco videos (I'm a snuffer from the USA) and 9/10 of them are kids at school trying to snuff as much as they can...and sniffing way too hard for my liking! It's good to see a video with real snuffers enjoying the finest way to take tobacco =)

Yeah, Ive got a pub nearby that sells snuff and ocasionally me and my m8s get a little just for fun. Still, snuff ( and snuffers) are a relatively rare thing wether it be in the UK or in Bavaria.

Answer: The tune is called "Howi Polka" from the folk band "Aberseea Musikanten und Pascher." The guys come from the lake district outside Salzburg. Gletscher Prise, des is a Scheiß (its Shit). Da gibt es viel bessere, entweder von Pöschl oder von Wilson of Sharrow, Mc Chrystal, Dingler oder weiteren

Hey i've never seen this before. I quit smoking not so long ago, weed is way better since i'm asthmatic. But i might try this, does it have the same effects than a common cigarrette? Do you think it damege more/less your lungs? or your nose like cocaine?

Congrats on quitting cigarettes! Imagine if all we knew was snuff, and Bavarians oddly smoked cigarettes, your question would be do cigarettes have the same effect as snuff? Two words: Nicotine fix. I'm no expert but, to answer one of your questions, snuff has nothing to do with your lungs. In fact, your lungs will thank you for the switch but your nose will not, which leads to your last question. What is the long-term damage snuff has on the nose? Maybe someone out there has the answer.

Thanks for the info, well i haven't quit 100% but i barely don't smoke cigarettes. I suppose it won't cut your nose as much as cocaine, but since i've never tried i don't know, I guess i will have to search in some Smoker shop, is there any good or popular "snuffing brand"(like Marlboro to cigarettes)?

No worries about snuff cutting your nose; you're safe there. Since I'm not a user of snuff, except for the rare toot at the Oktoberfest in Munich, I'm not familiar with its brands. I don't think, though, there is an iconic name associated with snuff as Marlboro to cigs. The only brand that sticks out in my mind is Pöschl's Gletscher Prise (glacier pinch), the one featured in my video. This snuff's menthol additive is alpine refreshing.

I think I am quite possibly the only person in my city that does this. Everyone that sees me do it thinks I'm snorting heroin, no one has even heard of it. Probably because I'm in Arkansas. There's only one place I have found it in town and its the Gletscher-Prise(among a few others but the glacier pinch is the best)! This stuff is wonderful, especially just after waking up.

I do get ozona orange sometimes and will mix it with the gletscher on my hand in two piles for a "double".

I've started taking snuff since quitting cigarettes and I think others will too here in the UK since smoking was outlawed in public places.
