yes, Moselle dept. I got this license plate from a good friend of mine who lives in Faulquemont. He has a 24bt and a Dyna Z1.

Yes, I do have some parts (elements) but I have some friends in France who can help me if I need more. It is so wonderful to have this great car! à bientôt, John
