Uh, oh, it's all backwards! The plaintiff is on the left from our perspective, which is the right from the judge's perspective. However, from the plaintiff's perspective, he's on the left, meaning he should be pointing to _his_ right at the defendant, not _our_ right. Likewise with the defendant, who should be pointing in the opposite direction too. I move that the case be dropped in light of the lack of sense of direction displayed by the two parties. On a lighter note, that was quite... weird.
