Can you make it animated, cause in Gimp u could make .gif's right? I was hoping to make it animated like the beams are moving round her. Is that possible~~? If so, how? :D

You can make it glow by selecting alpha to selection, then make a new layer below your selected layer. fill it in with your desired color. Select none, then go filters -blur -gaussion blur.

Thanks this helped alot!!!1 But i am having trouble erasing.. When i try to erase the beam it makes where i am trying to erase all white.. Please help me out :)

Do NOT erase the picture, you have to make a New Layer in the beginning, otherwise it will erase the picture, you have to make sure the beams are on the Layer not the picture.
