I have known the guys from Tenspoke for a really long time and they would never do this for attention. They are amazing guys and very talented. It's really sad that people feel they have to bash them for standing up for themselves. I also like Paramore and I'm sure it was not intentional on their part. This night was amazing btw. Instead of bashing someone and ripping a situation you know nothing about, go look up what "infringement" actually is and means. Search out the terms "substantial similarity" in regards to music copyright. Do that first, then post your opinions. But, you're probably too lazy. It's not about who's famous or who's version you think is better.

There aren't that many similarities beyond the chord progression really.
If you start suing because of similar chord progressions then everyone ends up getting sued.
I feel more of a similarity to Oasis then Paramore really.

É claro que há muito mais pessoas atacando Tenspoke Indies do que as que os protegem, basta comparar o fenômeno e a quantidade de fans que Paramore conquistou, muito maior que a Tenspoke Indies. Tentem ser mais compreensíveis; existe uma enorme quantidade de músicas semelhantes, assim como há uma enorme quantidade de "pequenos" artistas acusando os "grandes" de plágio com a intenção de prejudicá-los, chamar a atenção na mídia e/ou ganhar uma grana. I couldn't even get through the whole song. The intro wasn't horrible... but that's the nicest remark I have to say for this song.
Quite frankly if they're basing their accusation on the fact that 'Fueled by Ramen', received and rejected their demo, then shouldn't they be suing them, and not Paramore?
I'm not even a Paramore Superfan, and I know that chord progressions are shared by all musicians, and they cannot be owned by one artist. There are only so many variations that can be made. duh.

Paramore makes up all of their own music. Sure, they might have inspiration from other bands, but everyone does. They wouldn't stoop so low and steal someone else's song. They have to much heart to do that to another band. Tenspoke Indies are just doing this for the publicity to get some fame.

Although, I don't see why they're suing Paramore. There are millions of songs out there, of course some are going to end up with the same chord progressions as others. It's inconceivable some songs won't sound similar to others.
