  • I love their music, but they have so many cd's I dont know where to start.......advice or suggestions?

  • RUSS IS AWESOME! HE REMINDS ME SO MUCH OF MYSELF! HAHA!

  • great interview! is rippingtons will come out with new album soon?

  • Is this the same man who once worked with Chet Baker, piano player? Thanks

  • I really appreciate his art passion. and the fact that he is a photographer and a designer also liking jazz and guitar. I feel like that he is very much like me and i am very much like him ! I feel like if i met him we could talk for hours.

  • Russ and The Rippingtons are amazing, truly a class act. If you look at the list of musicians that have moved on from The Rippingtons over the years, it really is a "Who's Who" of modern contemporary jazz. Jeff Kashiwa, Kim Stone, Dave Koz, Kenny G, David Benoit, Gregg Karukas, and Tony Morales have all been Rippingtons at one point.

  • I have met Russ twice and he is truly a classy guy. I do wish he would have told us what his favorite song is! GRRR!

  • this man's been my biggest inspiration in music and art's harmony. There won't be any other like him. This is the first time I see him talking and it's very amazing getting as many answers as I needed to know. Hope I'll have the pleasure of meeting him one day.

  • We are glad you enjoyed the interview. We had a great time interviewing him.
