I bought a book on how to learn japanese, and after i learned the alphabet and basic sentence structure I got a tutor.

The book is called "Japanese Step by Step" by Gene Nishi

I wish I had someone like you in HS to make a overschool club dedicated to teaching Japanese ot others, that is very kind of you to do. I wish more school and universities would have such a program/club to learn Japanese it's such a fascinating language, and the culture is so beautiful and complex.
