yes i know but thats not what JK Rowling intended it to be, and I know it is because a "philosopher" is something different in America but it still kind of annoys me, especially when all the commentary and stuff (even for shows that are to be broadcast in England) are done by Americans who refer to it as the sorcerers stone.
