0:49 sec. When ur un screwing the handles off with the screw driver.My RIGHT NOB is all ready off from wear & tare.The left nob can be easly unscrewed but the right side has a little stripped pointy nipple sticking out of it.IF YOU NEED PICS.how do i get that off.

I have valves exactly like that. Even the handles look the same. One of them quit working. When it screws all the way shut, the water keeps coming. I suppose a washer gave out or something. Can it be fixed from inside the shower? Putting it another way, what do I do now? I had to turn my water off at the main.

helooooooooo um i have the kindof shower facucet that you hav to pull this thing on top f it to make water come through the shower. a few days ealier the thing came offf. its like a medium sized metal stick with a circ;e on top of it ( that came off from the stick, it was attached to it ) then this other white plastic thing came off from the bottom of it. how can i fix it? do i have to replace the whole faucet? PLZ RESPONDDDDD! THNKS:)

Yes this would be a tub spout. Sorry the reason i really don't cover this is because. there are so many different types, but I will in the future when time alow's. Some screw right off and some you need and Allen wrench to remove them, some are make for 1/2 inch pipe and some for 3/4, some slip on. I would recommend you take a picture of it with your ceil phone and take in to home depot,. Loews or ace hardware and may be some one there could tell you what type you have.
