i like te way you said shroomps. i already watched this one a month ago... i ended up making shrimp with linguini/mushrooms/wine and garlic sauce... then shrimp got really expensive again... so will do this one when they come back down. if you made me this, i wouldn't send it back.
yesss i never saute my garlic in oil or butter anymore because it always gets too brown and tastes terrible. i put it in my recipes after i have added any liquid.
I love shrimp and butter and garlic and lemon and rice. And cheese. I can't have it right now, but I am going to favourite this and have it later in the summer.

I have a recipe for their fried porkchops and their fried rice in this recipe book (it's real too-pictures of the chef in the kitchen)--with 4 cups of cooked rice in their fried rice there is TWO TABLESPOONS OF HONDASHI!! hahahahaha Small wonder my fricken head hurt like crazy!

@CookingAndCrafting I should have clarified. Hondashi has like fish stock or something...but the second ingredient in it is MSG, so there is a hella lotta MSG in it haha. I gave Andre a little package for you. Two recipes, and two implements for sushi ;)

@BigBoyG1 congrats on weight loss. Look in the stores for anything that is low cal. Then use the trick I use. Do not put dressing on your salad. Keep it separate in a little container next to you. Dip fork in container, stab your lettuce. You will not believe it but there is enough on there to satisfy you..
I don't have a recipe that I use,but I have been looking at making a few lately with my new lettuce crop coming up...
