@dirdybirdy101 ok, that's good to know. i have been able to accomplish alot since this post. i've now been able to invert while on the pole, instead of from the floor. my husband informed me that i'm trying to perform intermediate to advanced moves way too early according to statistics, but I can't help it. i push myself that way. i'm not happy with simple. i really enjoy the challenge. :-) thank you so much for your instructional videos. they are very helpful and you are so graceful!

#2 with the slow, controlled pacing in the airwalk. You used a really cool technique at 1:29 for climbing the pole, hooking your lift upwards on top of the ankle, and againa second time to launch yourself into that beautiful aerial invert and straddle a second or two later. The ENTIRE combo at 2:21 was a TOUR DE FORCE, Anh--a strong and graceful push-up into the extended butterfly and THE most amazing return via leg extensions down and through the Tammy and leg switch to Scorpio: BRILLIANT! ...

This was SO beautiful AND technically acomplished. At 00:38 , I noticed the smooth and effortless lift up onto the pole in the "L" grip. One hardly notices your feet have left the ground, it is so seamless and perfect. You didn't seem the least bit encumbered by the props, working around those angel wings as if you were born with them. I was really impressed by the 00:48 transition from the layback to the Peter Pan stall by use of the cast off. It was so !!SNAPPY!! and contrasted nicely....
