And 52PACKISBACK12 has a point, what do you need to create this psychedelic? A chemistry set? Any specific apparatus? Does it have to be a top range chemistry set?
That makes no sense at all since DMT is what the brain produces when you dream. It's not reality it's all fiction and you can't use it for any reason except for enjoying the experience. It's not providing anyone with a higher level of thought or insight.
I have with meditation and youtube videos created to produce DMT. I just don't think it generates ideas or creativity. It seems to create delusion more than anything. Maybe I have will have to try a legit dose a couple times before I can completely dismiss the effects but that's how I feel right now. Where can I get some? plants and a chemistry set?
@52PACKISBACK12 No disrespect, but you would have to try DMT to understand what reality is in the first place, its not essential, but it is the best physical tool for wisdom of who you really are, and what life is.
@RedStarBelgradefan Death could be the cutting off of the path back to this reality. So, the after life could be an infinitely long DMT trip. DMT could possibly be a launching mechanism to some place past a DMT trip. We just don't know. You could be right too.
I don't think DMT is the afterlife, I think it is a way of understanding it though. Dimensions are there, jinns live in them. In sound waves. All plants should be legal. But I don't think life is about taking them everyday. Think about civilizations before and how they used and understood them. In my humble opinion which doesn't need to be recognized is God left this here for us to accidentally take, for medicines, and for reassurance in the higher power.

SORRY FOR CAPS BUT I WANT AN ANSWER. I mean if we that are awake take drugs and just feel so awsome about it, how do we make the world a better place for everyone?
He's absolutely right - I can remember my thoughts and perspectives on my life on my DMT trips afterwards, but I always have a hard time remembering my closed-eye visuals.
If you're talking about Syd Barrett with the "shine on you crazy diamond" reference, you also have to kno THAT story, because it wasn't totally his fault that his psychedelic lifestyle slid him into what he became. Then Roger Waters would sometimes put him in the basement n lock the door just to fuck with him. And he never had time to reattach wi

so he quotes McKenna, this makes people think he's full of shit? it's all about communication, so one should say something in a way that has the best chance of getting across and being understood. so if someone has said something better than you can say it, then quote. i quote Bill Hicks' "we are all one consciousness" bit all the time. i've experienced it but could have never come up with such a great way to communicate it, so i quote....
Why don't you guys just meditate. It is the same thing? Why would you smoke it when you can activate it yourself in meditation? Why wouldn't you listen to music and activate your DMT. I do it all the time. I travel in meditation all the time.
@Mineretta2012 a good point. but i do think that the average person simply does not have the mind power and will to reach the depths that a strong DMT trip shows you and allows you to experience. it's wonderful that you get it through meditation, but i think a lot of people could meditate for years and not come close to the power of a strong DMT trip. and because this great revelation and ego removal can transform people in such a positive way, i think by any means necessary...
@doobopsheewaa Yea that may be so. But with the solar flare activity that is occuring and the alignment of the stars and the changing gravitational pull they won't have a chose. Everybody will have there inner DMT activated.
Unfortuanately opening it the way that is described in the video can open portals that a person may not be spiritually equipped to go through yet. I know when I took some sasafras during a Grateful Dead Concert it was too much information too fast. I went to a healer. about
@Mineretta2012 healer about it and she said that I opened things I was not ready for. The world had not caught up yet with what I was learning. It put me out of step. It pushed me ahead of schedule into my design. It made my journey lonely. It made it frustrating. All I can say is thank God Micheal Jackson exhisted. His music and words made me know I wasn't the only one out there. My friends trusted me but had know clue what I was talking about. I felt like I was talking to brick walls.
@Mineretta2012 another good point. to someone ignorant it can be misleading for Joe to say things like "psychedelics can't hurt you", because i think a lot of people see too much too soon (i think if you referenced the Dead, i need not quote Floyd's Shine on You Crazy Diamond) one can certainly lose their mind going in blind to a strong trip. but i think that learning these things will always put you a step ahead of the average consciousness in the world. most will die ignorant of all we discuss
@doobopsheewaa Yes but going a step ahead makes ones life pretty lonly. It also makes it difficult to speak into others listening because you are too far ahead of them. You are even ahead of the other teaches and the books that are written. You have to wait until the books are written to find confirmation to back up what you are seeing. It makes ones life pretty lonely. It does make one closer to God because who else you gonna talk to. Nobody else will get it. That is what it was like for me.
to go through life without using your mind is like only using your genitals for urinating and nothing else. These organs have other uses for a good reason.
I have Epilepsy and ive had a few intense dreams of overwhelming feelings i could never explain and each time i feel this intense feeling of slipping into another world (in REM sleep) its soooo intense im brought back. Each time i feel it though i want to stay, Keep slipping into this world. Theres also songs or music sometimes in the backround. Sleeping and especially having REM sleep, i believe is going closer to the afterlife.
he has the right perspective on these kinda things and other people who dissagrre have the wrong perspective on things
without an ego you can understand how things truly are
i belive if your intelligent and have the right perspective on life
you can smoke salvia and completely delete your ego and connection physicly you can go back to the blueprints of life and have a better understanding of your place here and how connected we are
7356 have taken their truth form someone else's experience. All of a sudden Rogan is an expert on such matters. I wish i had money and was in the entertainment industry so that it would be easier to spread my thoughts and infiltrate some psyches with my influence. I kow i wouldnt be promoting drugs. pretty soon Meth will be declared legal because it is natural because all its materials are found on earth. If you have money on Earth you can promote anything... Money is the root of Many evils
Meth legal? just like that, man stop the sarcasm, meth, crack, heroin, every fucking thing should be decriminalized to say the least, but making it legal in a regulated market doesn't mean meth crack and heroin are good for you cus they are not. but jeez ppl stop the fucking mentality of thinking that ilegal means for better good cus it's not, it's only overcrowding the prision system.
@chalupa1986 If it was legal the government would make more money off taxes, the crime rate would GREATLY, SIGNIFICANTLY decrease... But this is just social control
Joe Rogan always talks about DMT and says your brain produces it and released it during sleep, but here's the fact - it's not yet proven that DMT is actually in your brain. Watch the movie DMT: The Spirit Molecule. In fact, watch one of the trailers here on youtube and you'll see that guy say just that.
Studying this drug full-time at the moment, and its potential is just limitless on the pyche in terms of opening portals to dimentions/remote viewing etc. but not on its own. Take into consideration an MAOI or other psychedelics. Its effect is too short to get any real truth out of it.
On a funny note i found the guy stuttering for 5 seconds between 3:01-3:06 fucking hillarious.
@sinkingrob11 are you serious? marijuana doesn't make you hallucinate. it doesnt mind fuck you. it doesnt give you profound wisdom. it doesnt nothing hallucinogens do to you, period. when you smoke, it always feels the same. hallucinogens never feel the same and you always have a different experience.
@Jewsuckery Marijuana can make you hallucinate. It is a very mild psychoactive plant. Get a vaporizer and some really high quality hydroponic bud and don't stop inhaling, you should get some mild hallucinations. However, everyone has a different biochemistry and there is no way to tell someone what they will feel, its often unique to the person. The first time I smoked weed the entire world bent before my eyes, but you build up a tolerance and it becomes more difficult to get the full effects.
Its funny the way Rogan usesTerence McKenna's script. Why is that? If he's had the experience, then why take lines off the Man? Can't he formulate his own words? Strange!
@Pittounikos this one was pretty original i thought, but yeah some of the things he says are very McKennaesque lol The experience is similar though, so maybe using mckennas words is just because he described it so well to begin with ;P
@Pittounikos ...nobody can explain IT better then McKenna, plus most dont know who McKenna is, Rogan is one of the pioneers to bring this to the mainstage... but in this day and age of global connectivness, those who have studied the lectures of McKenna cant help but have a piece of him within them...as we do with anyone we look up to...
@Pittounikos yeah, why does that matter? We are all copying each others words all the time, and, there's only so many way one can describe this experience.
@LocustCloacina Why? Joe Rogan has the same philosophy as myself, Death doesn't exist. Only your body dies...Your consciousness/Soul/Energy carries on...It never dies. I'm not talking about "after-life" either, because thats just religious bollocks.
"all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves." - Bill Hicks
@Aeonboom Most people consider "what happens when you die" to be scary. They don't simply associate death with the NDE's that people sometimes get and usually enjoy. They also associate it with pain, which is a common side affect, and considering the entire body is dying and it isn't simply a nerve center being slightly injured, I'd assume it is one of the most painful things one can do, generally speaking. Also, nausea is common. As are senses of loss, fear of the unknown, etc.
@LocustCloacina secondly to before....I don't fear anything....not even the unknown...because imo, Everything across the "vast" distance of space (every single thing) is all consciousness, we are all literally combined into a the space of a molecule, only the conscious thought of everything, makes it massive. What I'm saying is that every single thing is here in part because of every conscious thought....We all co-create reality, even if it is on a sub-conscious level at the minute.
@Aeonboom I am confused about your comment about the after life being bollocks, since you stated your consciousness/soul/energy carries on and doesn't die. To me, that in itself is an afterlife. But that is a nice quote you put at the end.
@LocustCloacina There is no "afterlife" because thats religious propaganda...imo we all go to a life between lives....not "afterlife" which equals life after this life...(making this one more important, which it's not) the life between lives is where we go to choose what we do in our next, what we will learn and grow from, how we will better ourselves. A life between lives...not an "afterlife"
@LocustCloacina dying is a good thing, acceptance of yourself and the world for what it is. that isn't necessarily bad you idiot. and it isn't scary either.
Holy shit, I hate it when Rogan is on a roll with interesting shit and people keep interrupting him with "HEY J- JOE.. HEY JOE.." and he has to stop his momentum and they say something stupid like, "WHY DIDNT THEY USE THAT ON FEAR FACTOR HAHAHAHAHAH"... seriously.. fucking let the man talk
"what we band... is..what is truth?, living life in a cubic booth, freedom is the right to roam, anywhere you want, inside or outside your realities home" ~indigenousman
@cyncmaster150 Whatever you say chief. Go back to watching your propaganda news shows and reading your Bible. I'll be over here where we see the world for what it really is.
Or more precisely, that our consciousness is essentially post-hypnotic suggestion and is itself a powerful hallucination. And that understanding how that hallucination, the experience of "being alive", works is a much bigger deal than DMT. DMT just alters a hallucination in progress, it doesn't teach us anything special.
But whatever, apparently I'm just a Bible-thumping propaganda slave! LOL!

SORRY FOR CAPS BUT I WANT AN ANSWER. If "Non of those things will make sense anymore (the news and other crap thats lies in the world)", HOW DO WE SOLVE IT FOR THE REST THEN? this is about giving it to everyone, not to the people that are already awake!?!?!?!?!? or? I mean if we that are awake take drugs and just feel so awsome about it, how do we make the world a better place for everyone?

If you're talking about Syd Barrett with the "shine on you crazy diamond" reference, you also have to kno THAT story, because it wasn't totally his fault that his psychedelic lifestyle slid him into what he became. The rest of the band, and other "friends" would put LSD on EVERYTHING in his house. Doorknobs, faucets, cabinet door handles, in his food and drinks.

Mineretta2012 11 months ago
@Mineretta2012 a good point. but i do think that the average person simply does not have the mind power and will to reach the depths that a strong DMT trip shows you and allows you to experience. it's wonderful that you get it through meditation, but i think a lot of people could meditate for years and not come close to the power of a strong DMT trip. and because this great revelation and ego removal can transform people in such a positive way, i think by any means necessary...
doobopsheewaa 11 months ago
@doobopsheewaa Yea that may be so. But with the solar flare activity that is occuring and the alignment of the stars and the changing gravitational pull they won't have a chose. Everybody will have there inner DMT activated.
Unfortuanately opening it the way that is described in the video can open portals that a person may not be spiritually equipped to go through yet. I know when I took some sasafras during a Grateful Dead Concert it was too much information too fast. I went to a healer. about
Mineretta2012 11 months ago
@Mineretta2012 healer about it and she said that I opened things I was not ready for. The world had not caught up yet with what I was learning. It put me out of step. It pushed me ahead of schedule into my design. It made my journey lonely. It made it frustrating. All I can say is thank God Micheal Jackson exhisted. His music and words made me know I wasn't the only one out there. My friends trusted me but had know clue what I was talking about. I felt like I was talking to brick walls.
Mineretta2012 11 months ago
@Mineretta2012 another good point. to someone ignorant it can be misleading for Joe to say things like "psychedelics can't hurt you", because i think a lot of people see too much too soon (i think if you referenced the Dead, i need not quote Floyd's Shine on You Crazy Diamond) one can certainly lose their mind going in blind to a strong trip. but i think that learning these things will always put you a step ahead of the average consciousness in the world. most will die ignorant of all we discuss
doobopsheewaa 11 months ago
@doobopsheewaa Yes but going a step ahead makes ones life pretty lonly. It also makes it difficult to speak into others listening because you are too far ahead of them. You are even ahead of the other teaches and the books that are written. You have to wait until the books are written to find confirmation to back up what you are seeing. It makes ones life pretty lonely. It does make one closer to God because who else you gonna talk to. Nobody else will get it. That is what it was like for me.
Mineretta2012 11 months ago
to go through life without using your mind is like only using your genitals for urinating and nothing else.

Money is the root of Many evils
gnawaserge 1 year ago
@gnawaserge
Meth legal? just like that, man stop the sarcasm, meth, crack, heroin, every fucking thing should be decriminalized to say the least, but making it legal in a regulated market doesn't mean meth crack and heroin are good for you cus they are not. but jeez ppl stop the fucking mentality of thinking that ilegal means for better good cus it's not, it's only overcrowding the prision system.

Jewsuckery 8 months ago

Strange!

I believe he quotes him out of sheer respect for his theories and his intelligence in general
feltymcsqueeb 1 year ago
@Pittounikos this one was pretty original i thought, but yeah some of the things he says are very McKennaesque lol The experience is similar though, so maybe using mckennas words is just because he described it so well to begin with ;P
stonereflex 1 year ago
@Pittounikos ...nobody can explain IT better then McKenna, plus most dont know who McKenna is, Rogan is one of the pioneers to bring this to the mainstage... but in this day and age of global connectivness, those who have studied the lectures of McKenna cant help but have a piece of him within them...as we do with anyone we look up to...

@Alistar666 Well said mate.

@Pittounikos yeah, why does that matter? We are all copying each others words all the time, and, there's only so many way one can describe this experience.

"It's not scary because it's exactly the same thing that happens to you when you die."- Joe Rogan. lol. Bad choice of words.
LocustCloacina 1 year ago 8
@LocustCloacina Why? Joe Rogan has the same philosophy as myself, Death doesn't exist. Only your body dies...Your consciousness/Soul/Energy carries on...It never dies. I'm not talking about "after-life" either, because thats just religious bollocks.
"all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves." - Bill Hicks
Aeonboom 1 year ago
@Aeonboom Most people consider "what happens when you die" to be scary. They don't simply associate death with the NDE's that people sometimes get and usually enjoy. They also associate it with pain, which is a common side affect, and considering the entire body is dying and it isn't simply a nerve center being slightly injured, I'd assume it is one of the most painful things one can do, generally speaking. Also, nausea is common. As are senses of loss, fear of the unknown, etc.
LocustCloacina 1 year ago
@LocustCloacina secondly to before....I don't fear anything....not even the unknown...because imo, Everything across the "vast" distance of space (every single thing) is all consciousness, we are all literally combined into a the space of a molecule, only the conscious thought of everything, makes it massive. What I'm saying is that every single thing is here in part because of every conscious thought....We all co-create reality, even if it is on a sub-conscious level at the minute.
Aeonboom 1 year ago
@Aeonboom I am confused about your comment about the after life being bollocks, since you stated your consciousness/soul/energy carries on and doesn't die. To me, that in itself is an afterlife. But that is a nice quote you put at the end.
LocustCloacina 1 year ago
@LocustCloacina There is no "afterlife" because thats religious propaganda...imo we all go to a life between lives....not "afterlife" which equals life after this life...(making this one more important, which it's not) the life between lives is where we go to choose what we do in our next, what we will learn and grow from, how we will better ourselves. A life between lives...not an "afterlife"
Aeonboom 1 year ago
@LocustCloacina ...why is that? You should read DMT: The Spirit Molecule if you want to understand the deeper meaning of his statement...

@piratebri
lol, what a random response.
I was implying that DMT isn't a big deal...
LOL!
