Speed is not everything when it comes to a fastball. Hitters can time speed, but they cant time movement. Dial it back on the speed and add movement and you will be successful.

The terms "8th grade" and "prospect" don't seem to go together. lol Those pitches look like they're probably in the 70s somewhere, which is fairly impressive for age 14. Control is really lacking, though. The pitching motion should have a lot more stride. If he keeps throwing primarily with his arm like that, his speed will plateau and he'll be more prone to injury over time.
