@Mesozoical I know but I'm more specificly talking about the way they lived before they became full powered flyers.

We don't know much about pterosaur evolution because we don't know their direct ancestors. We would have to compare them with similiar reptiles, even if they have some significant differences. Right now, the predominant theory is that early pterosaurs were tree dwellers and gliders just like the draco.

@drmokedweed000 more interestingly, there are some species of arboreal snakes which can flatten their body and leap off a tree and glide from tree to tree, so if this was that snake, it could probably snatch it mid flight, but i'm not positive these snakes are on philippines...
