Judy was simply gorgeous!!! She was great with whoever she was paring with. although I enjoy watching her dance with Gene Kelly, upon reading bio's and in her interviews she often stated she felt most comfortable and closest to Mickey Rooney. Guess that's why she insisted Mickey be her very first guest star when she made her debut on The Judy Garland Show in 1963. She counted on him quite a bit when she was not up to par, he would be her strength.
