  • Awesome job!!

  • Can one decoupage on a metallic surface?

  • @dbase11 Yes, absolutely. Don't forget to basecoat your surface with a primer for metal first!

  • what a cute design!!

  • @reginaangel Thanks for watching...and for your compliment :)

  • couple of questions...

my surface is smooth plastic and dark green /red in color, you think the tissue paper will have a translucent effect on it? or i can manage to get it opaque with a dark shade of tissue paper.

  • @didz1982 hi, thanks for stopping by :). I would prime the surface with a white primer or a light color first. Unless you want the background to be seen. Always choose a color for the background close to your napkins' color. Hope this helps!

  • absolutely incredible...great work!!!

and the back ground music sort of builds the thrill and goes with the theme...

    thank you for sharing

  • @didz1982 Thanks for watching, and I really appreciate the comments :)

  • Yes, I am very interested in a tutorial on how to avoid wrinkles. Please post one!! Thank you

  • Brilliant, love the tutorial and where did you get those fabby napkins?? would love some of those for a project for the grandchildred :0)

  • Can u use any napkins ??

  • @spoons2007 Absolutely. However I prefer to work with 3-ply napkins for they are stronger.

  • me gusta mucho tu trabajo, muchos saludos desde chile

  • @Alejajany Thanks for stopping by! Oye Chile! :)

  • was that the regular table napkins?I tried it several times..always get those wrinkles...

  • was that the regular table napkins?I tried it several times..always get those wrinkles...

  • @LinoMario12 Sorry for the delay...I missed this question :(. Yes, they are regular table napkins. In order to avoid the wrinkles you must work slowly and brush from the inward-outward. I'll make a video to explain soon to come.

  • You are very creative! I have a question on wrinkles though.. When I decoupage paper napkins on wood, I get wrinkles. I use my fingers, a brush, but it doesn't seem to matter. Do you have any tips on decoupaging almost wrinkle free?

  • @cherylannss . The best way to avoid wrinkles is to work slowly and from the center-outwards. Another way would be to use an iron. I might create an how-to in the future. Just let me know if interested. :)

  • u are awesome! appreciate your sharing>>learnt a lot.
