@mizzoulibertarian first, he did not overthrow the health care system. he should have but he didn't. second, he ABSOLUTELY had a mandate to do what he did and more. he was very specific about what he intended to propose on health care and, in fact, ended up with LESS than what he proposed. he ran on it, was criticized for it and still won the election by 8 million votes.
