@AndroidRev6 Like all of the UK's reptiles, slow worms absorb heat from their surroundings before moving and feeding. They spend a lot of time basking in the sun or, more commonly, hiding beneath warm rocks, wood or metal until they're ready to get going.
Some months ago I found a slow worm in my garden but it wasn't moving at all so is that slow worm behaviour or not

@drea177cha5er not sure, theres probably some sort of legless lizard there, theyre found worlwide. check with field guides
