If you haven't found out yet, it comes from a limited edition voucher code for SC4 that you can only get from the limited edition. If you got one now I doubt the code would be any good cause I'm fairly sure voucher codes have expiration dates. though i could be wrong.

@BordersOfInsanity I don't think it is. I have the limited edition and this outfit is not part of it. I know the shoes aren't at least.
