All the girls are like players in the game, and the voice you here shouting commands is obviously the game, and at the beginning if you watch all the first moves with the colours are what body part. Then the game starts getting confused and eventually implodes in itself and everyone ends up losing. The show was called Twister's Revenge.

This is not that show no. The Avon that you are looking for is Avon High School from Avon Indiana. I don't know if you have figured that out or not considering it has been a year since you posted this comment but the show that you are looking for is called Release... in 2009 and I am not sure what their show was called in 2010.
