No disrespect to (powerhousetattoo), but a maori tattoo is very sacred, if the wrong person designs it who knows what they are putting on you , could be from a hole different tribe. you can't just bundle up a bunch of maori designs then make the meaning up along the way. it has to be from your heart and that way you won't get a slap from nan 4 jst putin nethin on ur body

interesting, but can i be honest, some of the work doesn't make sense, i mean to read. the look is ok but some of the customary combinations just aren't right. some the pakati, koiri, combos aren't right. can i assume right that the artist isn't maori? with respect some of those tribal connections just aren't right. especially the use of the kape, of ngati porou.

I have a kirituhi tattoo between my shoulder blades kinda like the guy's at 1:03. It has a lot of swirly-looking stuff in it. About 2 months after I got it, I was looking at the swirls and saw it made a vagina.
