  • I lOve my cx2

  • the guy up stairs looks like the same guy flying the helicopter ???????

  • nice house thumbs up if u all like it

  • Doing better than me, I had to bomb-proof mine.

  • Anyone getting one of Blades heli models, I recommend getting the CNC upgrades. I noticed that the screws strip out on the plastics and the snap ons come off easier on original parts, but with the metal replacements it all stays snug. And for sure going with their micro lines (mcx or msr) will prove to be much more crash resistant.

  • i knew it was gonna be the lamp

  • tom cruise is gayyy

  • That ldidnt look good. Reminds me when i tried to max the cx3 to its highest altitude i got it about maybe 98 ft until i lost the signal and it came down and wham! i broke the battery box and landing gear. I looked again and i noticed i broke the outer rotor shaft but she's good as new.

  • those blades r junk good flying tho

  • My cardboard box is bigger!!! Wanna-be people...

    James Bond?! music?

  • @craigbf2 Mission Impossible music :-)

  • doing awesome until the lamp got in the way!!!!!!!!

  • 1lilwyte

    you suck at flying

  • You are actually really good at flying that... up to a point. : )

  • Well, those blades are easilly replaceable, thankfully

  • my house is bigger

  • no it isnt!

  • yes it is

  • por imbecil

  • huge fucking house!!

  • you didnt lose control you didnt se a lamp!!!

  • it was doin great up tell the crash. lol

  • ohh dam

  • you lost a wing and broke the lamp

  • he lost a blade

  • omfg priceless! good flying

  • Very nice flying, I guess you'll have no problem finding new parts.

  • Today I tried to fly an RC Helicopter first time, (I got Blade CX2 as a present) and when I was trying to hover, I got a little too high, then to go down, I pushed the throttle higher instead of lower, hit the ceiling, hit the table, hit the ceiling again, and finally hit the ground. At the end I realized that 2 minor parts (1 on the upper and one on the lower rotor) got chopped off. I tried to fly it again, and there was no problem. I'll try to order new rotors if they send it here (Turkey).

  • Ouch

  • Hwo long does it take for the batterie on the cx2 to charge?

  • mine takes about an hour or more, i might fly mine for too long though

  • I have the Blade CX2 and me and my dad crashed it, it hit the cealing and the top wings totaly shatered.

  • Comment removed

  • You know what is a REALLY great helicopter trainer is the Blade MCX. It is smaller and might look like a toy, but that crash would have done nothing to hte MCX and it's batteries are cheaper, they charge faster, and parts are cheaper. Maybe get one of those, they are TONS of fun!!!

  • good flying mate

  • nice vid and great control. That's a minor crash, just order more blades from E flight.

You know this of course, just general info:

Most important thing is to chop the power when blade strikes to save the ESC part.

I'm making a crash kit for work, I take a smoke break, go outside and fly instead. If they ask, I say I'm smoking a couple brushless motors.

Just learning to fly in a little wind. Good fun!

  • yeah but the down side is you always have to keep on buying parts and spend more money

  • shut up numtie!! its all in the fun of flying

  • 1:55 of this movie was a waste 00:1 was better...

  • 1:52

  • check the manual it tells you how to adjust the transmitter to get rid of drifting.

or you may be using the wrong control, are you using the thottle stick? because by moving that left and right it spins the copter.

And you can easily go buy new parts / props at the hobby shop at which you got your blade cx2. Thats one good thing about this copter, parts are easy to get a hold of.

  • nice house for flying rc helicopters!!

  • These are soo much fun... Ive broken so many blades though I cant even tell you. How cool is it to have a mini helicopter flying in your house though... It even sounds like it.

  • hi like the vid. is this helicopter have any problems that u have noticed...???? thanks do u reccomend anything for it...

  • what is a swash plate

  • That's where your control linkages are hooked to that changes the pitch of the main rotors controlling the aircraft.

  • LOL! Only the single most important part in a helicopter!

  • nice flying, nice house too

  • great skills!

  • nice flying

way better than me i crashed mine from 30 the 40 and final 50-60 feet in the air out side it was funny all i broke on the highest drop was 2 blades and one side of the landing gear

i lost sight of it the wind caught it so i just cut power to zero and let her drop

  • I have done the same thing many times! Its a tough little heli!

  • I bought one of these a few days ago (a friday).

I've only had one battery worth of flight so far because now the swashplates constantly pop apart after 2 seconds. grrr.

I've wanted to play with it all weekend but couldn't get it going! :(

Going to take it back and either get the whole thing or the parts replaced so it'll actually fly. :P

  • if i get the chance to buy one of these ill make them give it a test flight right in the shop. if sumthings wrong with it i kno that i can just swap it for a working one

  • looks like you hit the lamp... then lost the swash plate

  • the blade cx 2 is the best heli. my ultimatives tuning is perfekt 11.1v, 15a special koax booster,se 180 ,40% more power.under blade cx2 tunning. this my old blade she new blade (eagle) on my chanel!!

  • Check for broken or bent inner shaft/outer and lower/top head set. Make sure all your blades are level..

  • how long can you fly it meaning how long does the battery last.

  • i really want to get retractable gear for my cx2 . any suggestions ppl???

  • Nice job flying, it looks like you broke a blade. I just bought one of these and have already broke a ton of blades learning.

  • I put extreme blades on my Esky co-comanche, those blades are immortal

  • nice flying i have the same heli and hope it helps me progress.

  • You could put an eye out with that.

  • Buy a two rotor helicopter if you want a toy. they dont fly like a helicopter, they fly like toys. most people buy helicopters to enjoy the flight dynamics that tailrotor based craft posess. These little things are alot of fun, i have two myself, but they are nothing like a tailrotor craft, and learning one of these will not teach you near anything when your ready to move up to a real chopper.

  • You must have a real crappy helicopter if it didn't help you learn. I have the CX2 and it helped me greatly when flying my CP pro or my Blade 400.

  • ya same i learned on the cx2 now i have a t rex 450

  • I agree with wheeler. I struggled for months with simulators, and my "real" heli and was frustrated enough I considered giving up the sport. The CX2 I picked up quickly, and then when I moved back up to my "real" heli orientation and stick control were second nature, and I had no problem moving up. I think starting with a coaxial heli is the best move someone could make.

  • Also agree with wheeler. At the very least you can learn basic orientation. Also not to deadstick when you run into trouble.

  • I've had a CX2 for 5 months and done alot of mods to it and everything and if it doesn't teach you anything then why am i a heaps better pilot than when i started.

    Ryan.

  • yes i went up to a 6ch obviusly with a tail rotor and litteratly in the first five seconds i crashed it, coz i moved on from this and didnt no how it worked

  • Oh my god! Were there any survivors?

  • great flying!

  • nothing seperated you had full control.....dont gotta bullshit us...crashes happen.

  • lol i know rite..

  • I agree lol

  • nice video, and good flying :)

  • i got 1 the same me self and there great fun

  • mane does that 2

  • mine goes forward really slow, and ideas what might cause that?

  • To get faster foward flight then move the elervator servo pushrod out to hole 2 or 3 on the servo arm.

  • Get a king 2 or belt cp to start with, really smooth

  • I am thinking of bying a heli too. As i am a beginner can s.o. tell me if it is very difficult to learn?

an how much must i pay for a heli in average?

  • A dual rotor copter like this is actually pretty easy to learn on because when they are setup correctly you should have to apply little to no correction to keep the tail in place. I bought my CX2 last year for $180. Don't buy them used...buy new so you know that they are going to work properly. Eventually you can go to a copter with a tail rotor when you are comfortable with a dual rotor setup. These things are a blast!

  • nice video, and good flying :) have you tried to fly it outdoors?

Take a look at my videos, I have a CX modified flying it with no canopy, view my channel to see the video, thanks

  • u cant fly it outside you need no wind or elce it crashes its verry light thats why

  • Yeh, the battery was fully charged, but i fixed my problem, all i had to do was fiddle and tighten the outer shaft retaining collar and the inner shalf retaining collar.

  • Hi i bought a Blade CX2 yesterday and today on my 8th flight i was landing on the small end of the blade cx2 box and i slid off the back of it and slammed into the ground and when i put it back out in the middle of the room and went to take off it make a weird noise and the bottom blade wasnt turning very fast and the heli was spinning counter-clockeise very quickly and it would not take off, does anyone know how i could fix this problem? Thanks.

  • was the battery fully charged? cuz mine wouldnt take off but then shortly after it shut down

  • The way the helicopter turns left or right is by slowing down the blade(either top or bottom), the reason It's spinning out of control is because of the gears, something is wrong, and one gear isn't moving fast enough to keep up with the other one. I very much doubt it's your battery because one blade is going fine.

  • The gears were mashing fine, the problem was the outer shaft retaining collar and the inner shaft retaining collar, once i tightened them it was fine. Ive balenced and trimmed my stock cx2 out so well that i can take my hands of the transmitter for 20 seconds and it will just keep hovering or slowing moving to a side from wind drafts.

  • hey have u checked the top cog of the pair of gears for missing teeth.

  • nice flying, and yes u can fly inside, if u get it right trimmed and if u learned how to fly it, ull be able to do it without any probs, and ye, was bad luck that crash :D again 2$ gone hehe, keep *flying*

  • it didnt crash due to mechanical error, looks like pilot error to me.

  • Nice flying! Not sure if I buy the story about the swashplate. But still nice flying for such a small space. I wouldn't try that with mine.

  • The swashplate separated when you slammed into that wall. The don't make 'em like they used to, do they? :P

  • we got ours and he broke it like after he flew it

  • hello again

the blade is great heli but in the instuctions they metion FIND A SuITABLE AREA OF

FLYING. not inside of a house.

this video proof if you dont crash it a lamp.

you crash it the television or else.or in you.

  • u obv cant fly it then i got the xact same modle and i fly it in my house

  • hello

i buy a blade cx 2 and i try tho fly in my living room and i have a crash .

the heli is great but dont fly in a livind room ,or any place inside .the heli must fly ontside. see wats happens in this video.

  • I say you should buy it unluckyday you have more experience with flying then me and I bought one a week practice and im starting to get the hang of it.

  • aaah!! something caught my eye! i think it's a fly...

  • Béééla japa!

  • Nice control... lots of yawing there. The Cx2 is quite a nice heli, although, not as nice as the new Twister Chinook that is coming out soon!

  • Ok, for christmas, I was thinking of getting a Blade CX2. I have SOME flying experience, I have a cheap rc plane, I have flown my friends CX (first one), and I have an AirHogs Havoc Heli (PiccoZ). Does anyone think that I should buy it? PLEASE POST SUGGESTIONS!!!

  • This is a good heli for beginers.

  • Thank's :) I'll see and try and get one!

  • yes if u had had experiance u shuold buy one if ur good at fliying

  • well... interesting. i just have 1 suggestion... don't fly inside. outside on a windless day is better. nice vid

  • rofl!!! man ur whole blade came off

    well acutaly

i cant talk mine died running into a grape vine =/ nice video lol

  • just bought a cx2 today.. great heli.. nice control.. fly it like you stole it...

  • ha ha still beats my flying. I just bought a cx2 a week ago and I love it. have to go to the hobby shop every day since then for replacement parts ha.!! luckily they are inexspensive

  • Don't worry!!! One day you will learn how to fly properly and not crash into lamps!!! Keep up the good effort and the heli away from your face because in future posts you will be noseless..

  • hahaha nice vid i have a cx and a cp pro and love them

  • I think I saw James Bond repel from the helicopter before it crashed

  • Nah, I think it was Ethan Hunt.....

  • "Rappel."

  • I have one also. Mine is temporarely broken because of a collision with my coffee table!!!

  • i decided to get a blade cx2 mainly because of your video thanks =D

  • Enjoy! -R

  • I'm with cio on that. if the swash plate really had broken and it had been that close, it might have been a bad day.

  • "Unfortunately, the swashplate separated at some point during the flight, loss partial control and crashed!"

No it never, you just crashed! And that crash proabibly caused the swash plate to seperate.

  • Doh!

  • and that my friend is what it means to be made in china

  • it looks like you just went too wide in that turn and hit the lamp. also, with the 2.4ghz radio i think you leave the antenna on the transmitter pointing up. if you point it directly at the helicopter you lose signal integrity. it should be perpendicular to the radio, not parallel.

  • Very nice! :-) Are you always as satisfied with your blade?...because I was considering either a Blade or Hirobo Lama XRB. Thanks! Happy flying!

  • I've got one and it's the best thing i've bought in ages, it's so much fun and they're great quality and very easy to fly. Parts are cheap, i doubt this crash would have cost more than 15 bucks to fix

  • Thanks Andrew, Sounds like I should go ahead with the CX2. Funny thing though, my local Hobby shop doesn't have good opinion about it, he says I'm going to have to spend for all hopups, so might as well get the Hirobo lama XRB, according to him...(Which he sells, of course!) He says it's way better!...Hmmm...

  • put a buttpug on the front of it next time then bend over

  • Killer lamp shade

  • pigilin mo ako,pare!...ayos lang yon,dre...nalagyan kona nang extremecore saka extremeblades yung cx2 ko, ayos man...mas matibay kesa stock, siempre, diba?...sige man.

  • pare!! kalma lang baka tataas ang bp mo. everybody crashes but its cheap to fix and its fun. only just be safe its too close to you sometimes. many accidents already in the u.s. enjoy flying.

  • ayos lang, pare ko! alam ko kasing mabait ka eh, kaya namura ko sila! o sige na dre...

  • as for you williamprm, another British fag!why dont you suck somemore dick, instead of talkin' shit about someoneelse, pray I dont see you somewhere, cause I will definetly tear you a new asshole! you limey bastard! putang-inamo!!!!!!!!

  • Ha, ha, ha...salamat pare. Mga ulol yan eh. I don't get too bothered with idiots like these folks, lot's of them lurking around, folks who need to put other people down to make them feel better. You, on the other hand, are hillarious! Ha, ha, ha...

  • hey,atkins121 is that atkins as in atkins diet you fat fuck! if you think you can do better why don't you post your flying video as well, you motherfucker!!!!!!!

  • haha, crap flying, rubbish music

  • yeah you can't do any better atkins121 but shake your dick!!!!!!!!!

  • I had to watch all that for a rubbish crash. You sir suck! :(

  • You didn't "have" to watch a damn thing. You sir have no manner of decorum whatsoever. So fuckoff.

Basta enjoy tayong lahat. -R

  • Who?

  • it is easy to fly, but indoor flight is still tough

  • I just got one, they are so fun to play with and VERY durable... just a couple of weakspots that can be fixed with aftermarket parts. I love it.

  • Is it easy to fly?

  • hahaha duuuuuuuuuuuh

  • You are very good...I'm preacticing alot and getting there! go cx2!!!!!

  • Nice flying dude, Im thinking about buying one of these or maybe a less expensive one, That crash was kinda funny =D

  • evry one crashes, no neew for equipment excuses lol

  • lol

  • Good indoor video of the CX2. I was wondering if this heli could be flown in tight spaces and this answered my question. Sorry about the crash though.

  • I have always thought that Blade CX2 is unstable like every classic micro helicopter until I saw this video!

    Good flying.

  • i haze a picooz so jks great flight one of the feiw on youtube that can actually fly

  • That was Great!!!! I loved the crash!!

You may want something easier to fly like to Pico Z or Gyrotor!

  • really good handlin, do u h ay other hlis, maybe a trex

  • Thanks. Yeah, I also have a Walkera 5#4 & a Picco Z. I love these little critters! Many, many moons ago (over 16 years ago!), I use to fly conventional RC helis (i.e. Xcell 60/Hirobo Storks). -R

  • Ricar,

I am planing to get one those baby. How long does it fly with one charging ???

  • About 10 minutes. I purchased an extra battery. It takes a while to charge, a couple of hours. -rick

  • great vid, i got a cx and its really fun, except for those damn blades ...
