In my old house my mom had gotten sick because of the jinns. And when i was 12 (now i'm 13 ;)
I was alone in my room and i was praying so when i sat down while praying there was this whisper it was like saying your gonna die when your done with praying your gonna die. OMG it was soooo scary. And my sister would be held down on her bed almost every night and there would be alot of pressure put on her chest and she couldn't make any noise.
i had the wierdest summer, every year me and my family go to dubai every summer, a while ago my aunt ( my mom's biggest sister) same with us, and she freaked me out every nite, she would say wierd stuuf, and when i come in she sitting up looking straight and she says talking to someone and i asked her who she is talking to, and her legs are twisted, and she gets up and screams i scream and my sister come in and they are screaming and then she likes the jinn is mad again, ..........

The problem is, that lots of muslims dont have the "right" knowledge of Jinns. I had a couple of experience with Jinns too. At first i got scared as hell because i didnt know what Jinns are, what they can do and not. But when i began to learn more about them and read the ayatul kursi every night + the last 3 surah´s i began to handle with it and seriously didnt give a damn about what could happen to me. Its good that you mentioned that we should only fear Allah swt because he created them ;)

Heard a lot scarier stories than that. plus how did you even see them, you know they only show themselves to whom they want and NO you can't catch him by surprise, learn the basics when you are scared of jinns the fear alone would scare you and make you think more about allah (If I am right then..... I'm not sure about this story but idk it was pretty scary to me. I was laying in my bed trying to fall asleep, and I had NO fans or windows on or open.. nd then suddenly my hair lifted up high as if held by a jinn... O_o I just got extremely scared and hid under my covers not daring to look that way..
But after I told my parents, we hung this very pretty plaque that had Ayyat-ul-Kursi and some other short surahs in my room on the wall, and I had no trouble since then, Alhamdulilah.
seriously sister, i paused the video at 7:52 and read ayatal kursi... but this is a true fact that when u practice islam more and do good deeds,bad jinns tend to disturb or scare you...I heard these from many of my elders my grandfather,father,my uncle and many more, but I myself as well experienced it many times now...thing is that shaytan or bad jinns can run through your vein and read your mind so they know when you r scared but if u seek refuge with Allah then they cant do any harm to you

@banandababa they're the same thing usually. you can tell by doing ruqyah, as the sister mentioned ruqyah is very effective. if the person does ruqyah it usually saves them from going 'mad'. schizo's and people hearing voices are usually being affected by demons. its weak imaan, fear and lack of ruqyah that makes them lose to the forces of evil. people who are more intuitive are more likley to spot jinns and illuminati magicians plus their filthy tricks ie. magic with words

Oh and some of the reasons of possession are if the jinn is being malicious, revenge for injuring/killing/disrespecting on of them! thats why you should say bismillah before pouring hot water int he sink or NOT peeing in holes/crevices, Jinn can and do fall in love with humans and possess them, there are other reasons too but these are only some. But yea..go on Youtube's search bar and type in "magic jinn envy" by Sheikh Aref Chaker and you will see a lecture about Jinn in 4 parts. Sheikh Riad Ouarzazi also has a good lecture on jinn. Its also believed though that Muslim jinn wake their brothers/sisters in Islam before fajr prayer. Alot of accounts of peole waking up by hearing their name EXACTLY before fajr prayer
the most scary thing of this topic is humans misuse jins. in my country its very common among my race to use jins to ruin other people's life. its fast n undetectable. its serious that even the government is implementing laws for black magic. i used to suffer from it. it took me about 2 years to cure myself. Alhamdulillah..i'm much healthier now.

@ajadina Actually the term jinn initself means "hidden". I suggest you listen to the lecture "magic,jinn,envy" from sheikh aref on youtube. Its in 4 parts. NOBODY can see a jinn in their true form. A jinn can shaeshift into animals and even humans. Also, Muslim jinn are very pious and are commanded by Allah subhanahuwatalaa to live their own life. Muslim jinn dont meddle in our affairs, they stay AWAY. Its the bad shayateen in disguise of good who fool humans and mess with them.

I screamed and once my parents opened the lights, the figure was gone. The second experience, I was laying in bed getting ready to sleep, and out of no where, I hear a voice calling my name!!! And it wasn't my parent's voices, or my brothers. It was a lady's voice, and I'm the only girl in the family and my mom wasn't at home. I jumped out of bed and ran to my dad and brother and told them what I heard. They hadn't heard anything at all. It's weird what happens. Jinns are living between us.
your house is haunted!! lol seriously. I had 2 experience when i was very young (about 6 and 10 respectively). The first, I had bought new sleeping slippers that look like Sleeping Beauty's dwarfs. And in the middle of the night, I woke up just like you did, suddenly, as if someone was waking me up. And I looked at my feet, and I saw a grey/white figure that looked kinda like a genie who had a book in his hands and he was reading from it. and it felt like I was actually hearing his voice!! (TBC)
my aunts had a similar story like your first one. they were once in a room at night and it was dark and the door was half way open and a dark figure male like shadow passed by. one of my aunts saw it and she told the other but the other didnt believe it until she like weeks later, she was by her self in that room and she saw a black shadow pass again. and it wasn't a trick because when they checked, her brothers were in the living room watching soccer and her mom was cooking.. creepy..

Oh, a few months ago, I used to get really bad sleep paralysis. Almost every night. It was really scary. I did a bit of research and read about what the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to do before he slept. I started doing that & Alhamdulillah x100000 it stopped! I find that whenever I don't do it, it happens. It really sucks & it's very scary. While "paralysed" I recite the ayat al kursi in my head and it stops. I fell asleep early 2 nights ago and was too lazy to make wudu and it happened.
They started reading lots of Quran and began to pray 5x a day and Alhamdulillah it has stopped now.
Read this du'a before entering the bathroom: Allahumma in-nee a'oothu bika minal khubu-thee wal khabaa ith (Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female jinns). I posted it on the wall beside my bathroom so that my family remembers to say it every time they go.
A family friend also had jinns in her house. She said that she started getting suspicious when one day, she kept a lot of items in her kitchen after shopping, went to put them away a few mins later&they were GONE! Mind you, her kids are not old&no one else was in the house. At night she&her husband would wake up hearing so much noise from the basement - they couldn't really make out what it was but it was LOUD! One day hubby went downstairs to check and their living room was a mess.
Another guy from Saudi Arabia told me about jinns in his house. They're Muslim though, sometimes they tap his foot to get him to wake up for fajr. He says that when they're away, he knows cause there's just not that much noise in the house, and when they come back, they make sure he knows.
Eeek =/ A friend moved into her house 7 yrs ago&back then, her fam didn't know that there were jinns living there. Strange things started to happen so they started to get suspicious, but the jinns weren't harming them or anything. Her mom tried to get rid of them&they got really mad. They annoy her family all the time.. misplaced items, noise, show up randomly to scare the kids, etc. My friend ignores them and wishes they could live in peace. Are the jinns more powerful than human beings? I suppose so. I had stones thrown at me while reciting Qur'anic verses on the roof of a building which is supposedly 'haunted'. Little pebbles. Pissed me off to be honest.
... Oh also do you know how to protect yourself at night sis? Say Bismillah and wipe your mattress with your pillow 3 times. The read Surah An-Nas, Falaq and Ikhlas, blow on your hands and run this over your body. do this 3 times. Also read Ayatul Kursi. That should prevent any bad stuff getting to you whilst u sleep insha'Allah :)
Loved the surah at the end... Islam really is beautiful. subhan'Allah. I've had some jinn experiences but nothing too scary. few times i've woken up and seen a person in my room, but more then often they smile and leave. I watch this lecture, and he was saying how we have jinns in our house to stay up in the ceilings during the day, and at night they use the house for their needs. that's why often you'll hear stuff at night. But alhamdulilah :)
once i had my eyes closed, about to go to sleep but i could feel someone standing over me so i opened my eyes and theres a dark figure there. by this time i freaked out and started screaming and the figure started apologising saying they didnt mean to scare me and i was like audhu billah why would you do that?! . it was my mum checking up on me because i was ill that day. the funny thing was i kinda registered it was my mum but i still reacted like that, scared the jitters out of me lol

Oh and some of the reasons of possession are if the jinn is being malicious, revenge for injuring/killing/disrespecting on of them! thats why you should say bismillah before pouring hot water int he sink or NOT peeing in holes/crevices, Jinn can and do fall in love with humans and possess them, there are other reasons too but these are only some. They are DANGEROUS! do not disrespect them/challenge them because they will do serious damage! even kil you or a family member. So be cautious

But yea..go on Youtube's search bar and type in "magic jinn envy" by Sheikh Aref Chaker and you will see a lecture about Jinn in 4 parts. Sheikh Riad Ouarzazi also has a good lecture on jinn. Its also believed though that Muslim jinn wake their brothers/sisters in Islam before fajr prayer. Alot of accounts of peole waking up by hearing their name EXACTLY before fajr prayer

the most scary thing of this topic is humans misuse jins. in my country its very common among my race to use jins to ruin other people's life. its fast n undetectable. its serious that even the government is implementing laws for black magic. i used to suffer from it. it took me about 2 years to cure myself. Alhamdulillah..i'm much healthier now.

@ajadina Actually the term jinn initself means "hidden". I suggest you listen to the lecture "magic,jinn,envy" from sheikh aref on youtube. Its in 4 parts. NOBODY can see a jinn in their true form. A jinn can shaeshift into animals and even humans. Also, Muslim jinn are very pious and are commanded by Allah subhanahuwatalaa to live their own life. Muslim jinn dont meddle in our affairs, they stay AWAY. Its the bad shayateen in disguise of good who fool humans and mess with them.

I screamed and once my parents opened the lights, the figure was gone. The second experience, I was laying in bed getting ready to sleep, and out of no where, I hear a voice calling my name!!! And it wasn't my parent's voices, or my brothers. It was a lady's voice, and I'm the only girl in the family and my mom wasn't at home. I jumped out of bed and ran to my dad and brother and told them what I heard. They hadn't heard anything at all. It's weird what happens. Jinns are living between us.

your house is haunted!! lol seriously. I had 2 experience when i was very young (about 6 and 10 respectively). The first, I had bought new sleeping slippers that look like Sleeping Beauty's dwarfs. And in the middle of the night, I woke up just like you did, suddenly, as if someone was waking me up. And I looked at my feet, and I saw a grey/white figure that looked kinda like a genie who had a book in his hands and he was reading from it. and it felt like I was actually hearing his voice!! (TBC)

my aunts had a similar story like your first one. they were once in a room at night and it was dark and the door was half way open and a dark figure male like shadow passed by. one of my aunts saw it and she told the other but the other didnt believe it until she like weeks later, she was by her self in that room and she saw a black shadow pass again. and it wasn't a trick because when they checked, her brothers were in the living room watching soccer and her mom was cooking.. creepy..

Oh, a few months ago, I used to get really bad sleep paralysis. Almost every night. It was really scary. I did a bit of research and read about what the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to do before he slept. I started doing that & Alhamdulillah x100000 it stopped! I find that whenever I don't do it, it happens. It really sucks & it's very scary. While "paralysed" I recite the ayat al kursi in my head and it stops. I fell asleep early 2 nights ago and was too lazy to make wudu and it happened.

They started reading lots of Quran and began to pray 5x a day and Alhamdulillah it has stopped now.
Read this du'a before entering the bathroom: Allahumma in-nee a'oothu bika minal khubu-thee wal khabaa ith (Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female jinns). I posted it on the wall beside my bathroom so that my family remembers to say it every time they go.

A family friend also had jinns in her house. She said that she started getting suspicious when one day, she kept a lot of items in her kitchen after shopping, went to put them away a few mins later&they were GONE! Mind you, her kids are not old&no one else was in the house. At night she&her husband would wake up hearing so much noise from the basement - they couldn't really make out what it was but it was LOUD! One day hubby went downstairs to check and their living room was a mess.

Another guy from Saudi Arabia told me about jinns in his house. They're Muslim though, sometimes they tap his foot to get him to wake up for fajr. He says that when they're away, he knows cause there's just not that much noise in the house, and when they come back, they make sure he knows.

Eeek =/ A friend moved into her house 7 yrs ago&back then, her fam didn't know that there were jinns living there. Strange things started to happen so they started to get suspicious, but the jinns weren't harming them or anything. Her mom tried to get rid of them&they got really mad. They annoy her family all the time.. misplaced items, noise, show up randomly to scare the kids, etc. My friend ignores them and wishes they could live in peace. The jinns are PISSED since they were living b/f them.

I do believe in jinns..definitely. Encountered some myself. Question to you is, if they can creek doors open and appear with red eyes and scare us and all(they dont scare me), why cant we do it to them? The read Surah An-Nas, Falaq and Ikhlas, blow on your hands and run this over your body. do this 3 times. Also read Ayatul Kursi. Loved the surah at the end... Islam really is beautiful. subhan'Allah. I've had some jinn experiences but nothing too scary. few times i've woken up and seen a person in my room, but more then often they smile and leave. I watch this lecture, and he was saying how we have jinns in our house to stay up in the ceilings during the day, and at night they use the house for their needs. that's why often you'll hear stuff at night. But alhamdulilah :)
