yo xXFOX540Xx, what works on my nerves in this mission is that there are still normal traffic cars driving around. To stop this from happening you can add cars with the dyom car tool and place em a bit in the city and after you have putted some cars there won't spawn any more traffic cars.

@thecoolpictsmaker You have to click on "New Game", There will be an option for DYOM.

If you don't find it, try searching for some tutorials.
