Thanks for the comments. The carriages are made from plywood and stripwood, lots of fun to build. The earthquake left the railway virtually untouched.
That Summerland chuffer really adds to the steam effect. The engine seems smooth at slow speeds too. If you had claimed it was a real railway I would have been fooled.

Your garden is simply wonderfully scaled, almost real. the bushes, trees,
weeds of different heights, and the angles of shots are very realistic.

Yes, carriages are of stripwood construction with IP Engineering wheels and axle boxes and centre buffers. Thanks for looking!
