lsmaker can't do the motion blurs, and is pretty crappy :/

Also note that this was for TFN Fan Films and they had costumes and decent props.

They most likely used After Effects

Great special effects, cool idea about lightsabers, great direction, but the actors are not that good... specially Inigo...
