  • how to get a six pack in 0 seconds? be black

  • was that a redskin jersey in that background? booo

  • Alright there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my BF got amazing Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • @rickie3633 your name is rickie and you have a bf???! either you are spamming or you're a faggit

  • just watching the video is enough work out!!

  • Cool exercises and even cooler Nike Air Max 95 kicks

  • lol on the 3rd one this dude doesnt have his back straight O.o

  • umm on the first exercise not putting your legs down, causing more resistance will be more effective and less time consuming in the long run...and the crunches is not a neck exercise, bring the back and the neck should come with it.. not otherway round, the pushup exercise looks interesting but if not on a mat will damage knee joints in the long run...possibly others also

  • You shouldn't be smacking your legs to the ground like that it's bad form if you can't do anymore just stop.

  • your feet arnt supposed to touchthe ground in bicycles , other than that killer workout , thumbs up

  • I thought this was for abs! Looks to me like a feed the children PSA. This guy is pencil thin ovs ur gonna have abs showing. Dont wAste ur time

  • I'm already tired just by watching!! My whole body has cramps by the end of the video... :P

  • @mgs911 you are not supposed to do all this on your first day. Yous should pick up your own pace... and really... i tell you.. even tho u got the best routine.. the best supplements, the best diet... u wont get this in 30 days... (everyone would have a six pack dont you think) u will see good results tho... i say, 3-6 months... 5-6 days a week. even tho u dont go to the gym u should do abs daily... or close to it. goo thing... you can work your abs almost anywhere.

  • hey man thanx for the advice ... just keep it up

  • 30 days my ass...i 'mean my shredded abs

  • @wikiwikiwias000 my abs started showing in 3 days.. it depends on your body

  • @americangirl558 no i mean i am only 16 so when i did this a year ago i didn't see much improvement even though i was very athlletic... a year later and i guess my muscles grew more and now these type of excersizes actually show :)

  • looks like a good routine!!! :)

    cj x

  • abs, forearms and calves should be worked out 4 to 7 days a week. the reason being that these muscles are in use everyday the only respond to heavy weight or high repitions. or both (for calves and forearms).

  • Use these exercises and many other exercises to change your routine on a consistent basis. You never want to get accustomed to doing the same exercises over and over. Your body will get acclamated to it. The idea of this video is to get people to look outside of the box for their workout routines. Also follow a good nutrition plan -

  • How often should you change excercises? I'm 13 and i've been working out for about 3 years now on and off but just recently i've gotten more serious about it for sports. I'd love any advice and at this point i mainly do crunches, pull-ups, push ups, and ab excercises on the pull-up bar. I would like to get bigger pecs and better abs. Thanks!

  • This is a pretty crazy routine. I would think that 3 days would be good. I use the workouts and ab routine at vastmuscle (.com) and am a big fan. I may add some of these bicycle crunches into my routine.

  • Thanks for Sharing

  • probably everyday if u want results quick

  • no, as I understand it you want to let muscles rest every other day so they can rebuild, work one set of muscles hard one day, next day work another.

So for ex: arms-legs-gluts one day, stomach-chest-back muscles next day.

  • How often should this be done when beginning? 3 days a week?

  • @conz000 abs should be worked out daily. Its the only muscle you want to do before or after your daily routine. Ex. Monday: biceps, chest and abs. tuesday: triceps, back and abs. wednesday: shoulders, legs and abs. Thursday: biceps, chest and abs etc etc... before or after your routine this should be done. I suggest doing at the end of your routine so you dont run out of energy for the rest of your excesices and this way you get a lot more stamina working it after.

  • @JuanJoseFaOrTi untrue. if you can work out your abs every day, you're not working them hard enough. a good workout will leave you sore for days. The kind of workout you propose gives well toned, lean abs. Not big ones

  • @2010promotecheese Yes and no, its true a good abs workout will leave you sore for days, but only in the begginining... after some time, your muscles adapt... even if you make it more intense every time. just like any ither muscle... the first month you go to the gym, you cant even sit in the toilet without screaming haha, but then again... after a few months that wont happen... even if u higher the weights and intensity.

  • @conz000 if you want faster results, you should do 4 sets of 25 reps for each excercise, i dont know why this guy only does 1 set... Everyone has abs... the problem is that theyre hiding beneath the tummy fat. so the best you can do is do more sets and burn that fast faster. This way your abs get used to heavier workout and ull be able to do advanced ones,
