I have wasted my whole saturday trying to get a fuckin vst piano to load in this program. This is not a user friendly program which has given me nothing but a headache.

Can someone please help me? How does ai4 compare to ableton live lite? I heard you can't save or export in lite. Can you save and export in ai4?

Hi, I have not used ableton live lite so can not comment but with AI4 you can save and also have 2 export formats - either midi or audio mixdown.

Yeah - I was a bit shocked yesterday when I discovered that there was no ability to transpose notes, which is a very basic feature to implement. It's certainly not a deal-killer though as someone else mentions, your host usually offers this as well.

the KX series of controllers do NOT have transpose functions. I GRAVE omission by Yamaha.... thats why they are so cheap now.. some companies gave them away with Motif xs rack

Just use software to transpose if you really want to
