Thank you! Yes, it's all based off of a game called "Okami" and the wolf next to Balto is the main character from the game "Amaterasu- Goddess of the Sun." In the game she looks a lot more Japanesy, but here I tried to draw her Balto style. Balto style in Japan. =P

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. I draw the picture from scratch, but as you can see I start off really rough, then change the opacity of that layer, start on a new one and go over it again making the lines neater. =)
