@keesurt weapons that are more powerful than 0.5 joules have to be on semi automatic, guns till 7.5 joules may be possesed at the age of 18 without a license. you may not own guns that are more powerful than 7.5 joules, except when you have a license. and you dont get a license, if you don't have a special need for it (self protection is not considered a special need).
@keesurt yeah, if you are a hunter or are a member in a shooting club, you can get a license. but of course they check if you did any crimes, you gotta do tests on weapon knowledge and stuff like that. so even then it ain't that easy ;-) we have the strictest gun laws in all of europe, so probably also the strictest ones in the world. sometimes it's silly (cause airsoft guns are also considered firearms, so you may just use them at home), but it's good to know that not any idiot may own a gun.
You can get this gun chambered for 7.62x51mm NATO (.308Win), .300 Winchester Magnum, and .338 Lapua Magnum. It is bolt action. Its length is 990 mm and its barrel's length is 660 mm. It weighs 5.9 kg (13 lbs) unloaded and without a scope. It is bullpup, there is a place in the front of the trigger where you can insert a magazine (for things like faster reloads or special types of ammunition, ex. incendiary). This gun has amazing accuracy, .2 MOA! Hopes this answers your questions.
Hey chimp, is this the same rifle as the Desert Tactical rifle being sold out of Salt Lake City. If not, please send me a message and bring me up to speed, thanks!
Thanks chinp. Now be a pip and tell me the difference in price between the DSR-1 and the DT rifle. Will i need professioonal therapy and medication at the price of the DSR-1
The video is too short. Take some time to explain the weapon. Very interesting gun. Thanks!

@Sicklehead88 oke thanks, is sport seen as a special need? because I can't make up another one if self defense isn't one.

the Desert Tactical rifle is a DSR-1, but it is remodeled so it is less bulky, ambidextrous ect.

It's a good rifle? How far did you shoot?you have also tried the AWM?
greenwich1984 2 years ago
yes, it is good... ;-)
in the video it is only 100m sight-in...
360m on a young fox was the farest real life shot I made...
never shot the AWM... I don't like thumb hole stocks... no good for stalking (can't handle it with one hand)...

TPG1Snipe 2 years ago
in D können Jäger und Sportschützen solche Repetierer kaufen...
das Kaliber ist aber nicht auf jedem Schießstand nutzbar, da man mehr als 7.000Joule laden kann...
