I def think Michael is alive!! Too many weird things surrounding his 'death'!! For eg the ambulance that arrived at UCLA was rather different to the one that left MJ's home that day!!

Whether he'll come back though, I'm not sure!!

He wouldn't be in trouble as I believe he committed Pseudocide-when someone fakes their death to save their life!
