  • It is very simple. For Example, in Suriname we use a English based creole language. Patwa/Jamaican and our Laguage share many things. Even the African based words are the same. If you fit that puzzle, and add some common sense, you know that the creolic based languages and their people go all back to the same sources.. Slave trading, West Africa, white, Native Indians, interracial contacts, African lingua franca's all together resulted in different cultures, mixes, languages, and populations.

  • creole is a lingua franca in this context not based on language but based on people who share African ancestors and a culture. In other words it's just another way describe the results of slavetrading and the interracial contacts. I see a lot of different explanations. Creole is not one language or one kind of polulation, no its a way to describe people with African/white/native Indian/etc ancestors. In Holland we're seen as Creoles. Cultural differences I guess. I dont mind. But Im not black!

  • I'm part African American part French Creole and part Cuban (Spanish,Taino Indian and African). My mom is darkskin and black ,my dad is French creole and Cuban he is the darkest one in his family.Im a reddish brown complexion with curly hair. Some people consider me mix, biracial or multiracial not full black

  • so Creole is a race now ???????????

  • @maumatos I don't get what You are trying to say...Spit it out...

  • @augustinecomeaux he said Creole woman , like if you say white woman , or black woman , creole is a language right ?? It's like here in USA people said that Im not white I'm SPANISH just because Im FROM BRAZIL, ( even when I have blue eye and white skin and blond hair , my parents are European ) I know some white people from Haiti and they speak creole too , So how can he said CREOLE WOMEN when CREOLE is JUST A LANGUAGE ?

  • @maumatos

Creole is not a just a Language It's a Culture and Nationality.Creoles exist throughout the New World & off the coast of Africa.Haitians Speak the Creole Language but they are Called Haitians because that is their Nationality & Country.Creoles living in Americans still call themselves Creoles Because that is Our Native Language & Our Ancestral Heritage. We have a Latin Culture and were French Citizens before America bought Us from France. Our Ancestors were not Americans

  • @augustinecomeaux I know that , there is all types of creole language, Portuguese creole, Spanish creole, french creole etc etc , all those people are different , I know some people from Haiti that are WHITE , so how can you said CREOLE WOMAN when I know many " creole people " and they are all different, some has EUROPEAN ancestor , Portuguese creole people are very different from Haitians. ( Mixed Race Creole and mulatto Women ) creole is NOT RACE.

  • @maumatos Look it Man..Are You telling Me that We as Creole People don't exist ??.I'm not comcerned about all this other stuff You are throwing in My face.I'm telling You that My Ancestors & so are My Sisters Louisiana Creoles. If there are no Creole women then certainly there are no Creole Men.You are confusing the Hell out of Me.Just what are You trying to tell Me.Do You know anything about the Louisiana Creole at all ?.Nobody here ever said Creole was a Race but We are a Nationality

  • @augustinecomeaux the title on this video say ( Mixed Race Creole and mulatto ) mulato is a race CREOLE IS NOT ) can you tell if someone is creole just by looking at him ? my friend is from Haiti and hi is WHITE ( french ancestor ), and he speak only creole ( very little English ) my other friend from Haiti he is BLACK, and I don't think those 2 guys are the same race , , same Nationality YES, same race NOT.

BTW Louisiana has the best food in USA :)

  • @maumatos Mixed Race, my Friend denotes people of mixed Race and has nothing to do with one Race...Do You get it...As Far as I know Mulattos are not a separate Race...They Belong, According to the One drop Rule,to the African Race although We are Multi Racial..Creoles can Belong to the White and Black Race ...White Creoles also speak Creole french..In Louisiana, Creoles are Considered an ethnic Group and Culture , not a Racial Category...

  • @augustinecomeaux agreed, That what im trying to say here, ethnic Group NOT RACE,

Mulatto denotes a person with one white parent and one black ( wikipedia ) I.m from Brazil and most of Brazilians are MULATOS, The video Title say ( Mixed Race Creole and mulatto ) I do get what you saying.

but Creole people are people that speaks creole and that has nothing to do the way they look. On the other side MULATOS are Mulatos because the way they look ( white and black mixed )

  • @maumatos I'm glad We have a consensus...On the other hand Creoles, Mulatto and Brazilian Mulattos are Racially the same People. Racially We are Cousins .What makes us different is Our Culture but Racially We are the same Mix..I do know that Brazil has the world's largest Mixed Race Population..Visit Our Creole Web site " Frenchcreoles com " and You can know a lot more about the Louisiana Creole... Thanks

  • @augustinecomeaux happy new year Cousin :)

  • Why are mixed people in the US often named as "black" we do not get it over here. Holland has a very big history with mixed races and i.e. "black" and "white" do not get "black" babies..Women like Beyonce f.e. are definetly mixed, we wouldnt call her black. Impossible... so please explain to me..thanks in advance. Or even a halle Berry.. common' why does she call herself black? Or is it black, just like the content like white.. many, many possibilitieswith those "colours"

  • @legbreaker because they believe in some stupid law called the one drop rule which isnt even in effect anymore it was made by some stupid white guy from generations back !

  • Stop using the term Mulatto, it means 'small mule' and I find it pretty offensive (I don't mind it used in context though in this video for example, it's just it's meaning is horrible. 'Mixed Race' is better but I prefer 'Human'.

  • @thefuzzk I beg Your pardon !!! I believe one is entitled to identify himself with what He wants to be called. The Word Mulatto can have several meanings not just one which YOU seem to think is derogatory. It can also mean In Arabic,One who is of a Mixed Race.Mixed Race is not someone Who is only Black and White but any combination of Racial varieties..It is a New World phenomenon. It was not meant to insult but rather to indicate that one was of a mixed Race..stop injecting Your personal biasis

  • @augustinecomeaux Your right, anyone is entitled to call themselves whatever they want. I found the word offensive because of the original meaning. It's silly of me to think that especially as it can mean something else + I didn't mean to inject my peronal bias, I was simply expressing my opinion just like you have. Thank You, as I've now learnt a little more about the word Mulatto (No one uses this word in England anyway, but it's still nice to know)

  • @thefuzzk ...Thank You for Your response...All I was saying is that most of Us here in America don't take offense because the usage of the word was the first time that We became recognized as a separate people..I think a lot of Us would prefer to be called Mulatto rather than Just " Black " as it defines Us as a separate People with a separate identity..Africa and Europe are Our Mother Countries ..Thanks again and My apologies for being so abrupt

  • We're all mixed up why be rude about it. I am proud of who I am. All races have beauty.

  • I notice pics of beyonce in both parts. I know she is not mixed, but didn't know she was creole, but to me, you missed to of the most gorgeous women in Hollywood, Halle Berry and Mariah Carey.

  • @snooky396 beyonce's mum is mixed which would also make beyonce mixed as well

  • The women weren't as good looking as I thought they'd be, hope they know how to cook.

  • name of the background song

  • IM MULATTO AND PROUD (:

  • @mina00009999 - Me too...

  • uhmm not all *mixed* && light skin girls are creole because im half creole half haiti && iim dark skin.

  • @xCubannModelx Nobody said they were. !!.. Read the Title.. Also it refers to Louisiana and American born Creoles..As I've said in all My videos, I put on this video what I can find... I'm Mulatto and Creole and I cannot post photos of dark skinned Creole Women because I cannot find photos of Them... Send Me those photos and I will most certainly post them on My next video...This Video is about the Mulatto and Mixed Race Creoles because that's what I am

  • @augustinecomeaux ii didd read the title && iim just "sayinq" not all aree light skin '

  • @xCubannModelx - Why is your s/n: "Cuban"Model? if you're Haitian? Just curious.

  • @WTF200010 BECAUSE i was ""BORN"" in cuba but my dad's dad is fully haitian which means i have haitian in my blood.

  • @xCubannModelx ok. i was just curious bc i'm part Cuban also.

  • Thank you for a wonderful vid!!!! Mixed women are the most voluptuously exotic and eye-opening mamitas in the world!!!! Your video made me realize that, yeah, we in the U.S. have OUR own mixtures of ladies, not just the ubitiquous White "All-American" dumb-ass Blonde Bimbos...lol

  • The pictures suck

  • @skaredufngamen and so do YOU !!!!

  • @augustinecomeaux No, I agree. They're all squashed. Whoever made this used the wrong aspect ratio or something. Mega-fail.

  • @augustinecomeaux Hey im living in Arkansas.Im origanally from louisiana, actually from New Iberia.Like the video though.Hey if you know some single women like that let me know, just kidding.Go LSU

  • @skaredufngamen - There are dark skinned girls in this video:

    0:49

    1:52

6:33 (She might just have a sun tan, don't know.) But the other two are definitely darker skin.

  • 58 people need to realize these individuals exist in this world. Mixed race people are not going to stop exiting!

  • to all you confused idiots who cares.

  • But my personal opinion is if a person is called, white, black, hispanic, mixed or bi racial it is only up to them really. If I just wanted to be called black thats up to me, if I want to be called white thats my decision.

  • @1stLadyCSG I agree

  • @1stLadyCSG I don't know why some people have a problem if a person calls himself black. It's funny, when a person who decides to call himself white or anything else, I don't hear ANYBODY complaining.

  • I understand both of you guys point but Im more pushed toward @NYhistorians only because everyone chooses what they want to be called but there are still place where if you have any african american in you being black is dominate and your birth certifacation states that, I am mixed and I embrace all of my cultures because it is who I am

  • what is the point of this video?

  • @NYhistorian And just what is the point of Your Question ??

  • @augustinecomeaux The question is simple. Do you have an answer? Do we need a video to tell the world that there are bi-racial people in the USA? I think it's pretty obvious. What's the real point?

  • @NYhistorian i don't get it neither trust meee

  • @mrsmavado Thank you. It's funny how when asked about the hypocrisy about why they get soooo mad when someone calls them black but if I would to call them white, amazingly, there's no anger.

  • @NYhistorian : and check any mix people video like this one or somalis/ethiopians & see wat they have to endure.Think it's worst from otha blacks with all the name calling toward mix people.Besides outside america they called mix..that's the way it's,but yes he is ova reacting bit too much.I do same when get mad with you guys..hahaaa..any way we all blacks; let us leave at that.

  • @nololwacan who are you refering to when you say "you guys"?

  • @NYhistorian ; Mean no harm..have a nice day.

  • @NYhistorian This is why I will never marry a woman from Louisiana... If I buy a BMW, I want a BMW--- I dont want to discover later on it has a Hyundai engine, Buick suspension, and a Toyota transmission!!!

  • @dandebonaire

They probably wouldn't want You anyway...It obvious You have nothing to offer but criticism...I wonder what You look like...

  • @augustinecomeaux Why would you care what I look like? I know what I am... I am 7/8 German and 1/8 Scots-Irish, and I wouldn't marry anyone who wasn't from Northern European ancestry. Personal preference; I would want children to have my eye colour (Blue), hair colour (dark blonde), and skin colour (White). If everyone else wants to aloow the societal mileu to encourage this, that is there problem, not mine. Alas, the French were notorious for screwing anything...

  • @dandebonaire You sound like a total bigot. News flash, marrying someone with Northern European ancestry will not come close to insuring they will look like you, or have blue eyes and dark blonde hair.

It sounds like you want to live in an Inbred Utopia, with genetic defects for everyone.

A child an independent person, not a clone

  • Its a better insurance policy than mixing with a coloured woman. I think everyone should value and continue their culture; however, only Whites are referred to as "bigots" when they do so.

  • @dandebonaire culture is dynamic, it evolves, it's not static. The problem is people like you are like dinosaurs, wanting to live in a cultural and social time warp. Genetic diversity is one of the best gifts you can give a child in terms of health. The more diverse the gene pool, the less chance of physical problems and inherited diseases.

One reason white people can get a hard time is because Europeans imposed their culture on most of the world during colonialism.

  • @ojideagu Since you wish to speak in an intelligent fashion, I will as well: Yes, you need some genetic diversity; however, all ethnicities were created by people marrying within each other to a certain degree. That's why Mexicans are an ethnicity--- the Aztecs, Tolmecs, and various other groups that lived there interbred to the point where their cultures were not recognizable and were DESTROYED. Same thing with the Guals and Bretons and Romans, who became French; or the Saxons, Jutes, Angles,

  • Angles, who became English. This is where blood becomes irregardless; most Black Americans have White and Native blood--- but culturally, they are Black. Just as I have 1/8th Scottish blood, my culture is not Scottish; it is Texan, because that is my culture. I want to preserve my culture, my dialect, my heritage; if that makes me a dinosaur, as you so put it, fine. The dinosaurs didn't reproduce, and they died off. I don't want the same happening to my culture, and neither should anyone else.

  • Colonialism, while perfected by Europeans, was not their exclusive province; Zulus colonized southern Africa, the Chinese continue to colonize Tibet, and the Indonesians colonized East Timor. Currently, Mexicans are colonizing much of the United States. Black American is as legitimate a culture as Texan, Yankee, Southerner, etc, no less in value, but distinct. I wish to preserve my culture. Good day.

  • @NYhistorian the point of this video is that you are watching it...So therefore the point is for ppl to watch if you don't like it don't watch it!

  • @sweetkisses021 That's not an answer, Sweetkisses021. Someone had sent me the link, that's why I watched it.

  • @NYhistorian To show what attractive women would look like if they were suddenly shorter and fatter. And something about sweet potatoes. That's all I got out of it.

  • my mother is as you say mulatto, but I am dark she is very light. guess i got back my black from father luckily. slavery caused that because my family dosent believe in race mixing with whites. I was born in 69'

  • Comment removed

  • I'm Latino and I say Beautiful Creole women!

  • I kno that everyone in new orleans is mixed with french:-)

  • Im mixed with creole. Only the black ppl ask me what im mixed with.

  • Are mixed race people really mixed race when many clearly look black. I have seen pure blacks who resemble caucasians even more so than mullatoes. Is a half mexican half white person really mixed race or what? Look at Charlie Sheen who's real name is Emilio Estives. He's half mexican and white. Should he be consisted mixed race

  • @SpectacularFrontiers First of all, Charlie Sheen's real name is Carlos Estévez, Emilio is his older brother. Secondly, he is not half Mexican. I don't know where you got that from. Charlie's father (Martin Sheen) is from Spain - Spaniards are White.

  • @thefloacist and spaniard decendants today also are in mexico. making them mexicans by nationality

  • The African genetype is Dominant. It is an extremely strong gene that seems to dominate any other race that it is mixed with. That is why many mullatoes often retain the curly hair and african facial features of the African side. On the other hand whites can mix with other non blacks and still retain the caucasian or white look. I would also add that Asiana seem to be the next most dominant. I mean the oriental mongoloid Asians. Children born from one oriental parent seem the Asian look even

  • If Beyonce is considered mixed race then the average Greek or southern French person should be considered mixed race instead of white as well. The only white or caucasian people would have to be Skandanavians, the blond Norwegians, and Swedish. People like swarthy George Clooney and Catherine Zeta Jones would logically have to classified as mixed race which is absolutely absurd when you think about it.

  • BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL DARK SKINNED OR LIGHT SKINNED......AS FOR MY SELF IAM PROUD TO BE 100% BLACK

  • European descended from French settlers of the southern United States Louisiana. A person descended from or culturally related to the Spanish and Portuguese settlers of the Gulf States.often creole A person of mixed Black and European ancestry who speaks a creolized language, especially one based on French or Spanish.

A Black slave born in the Americas as opposed to one brought from Africa. creole A creolized language .Haitian Creole. .

  • isn't creole french whites and black slave blacks? mulattos are white and black period.

Maybe i'm confused, teachnical many spanish ethnicities are mulattos also.

Creole is different from mulatto, i have to do some research.

  • Hot and sexy!

  • Creole Mulatto ppl are the most beautifullest ppl in the world!!!!

  • 0.51 LOL she is from Ethiopia and her name is Gelila! Mulatto my ass.

  • hey whats this music??

  • if people are multi-racial why do people put them in a bubble calling them "black"...let them accept who they are ...thats the sad thing about America....making someone choose...learn to love all parts of you

  • @Psalm30eleven Amen on that comment. I hate people who only want to call multi-racial people one race.

People want to put people in boxes.

  • i'm grooving to this music so that means your black heyyyy!!!

  • mix is marvellous...

  • @nololwacan are you mix creole

  • @UniversalOneLove1 :I'm somali mix (dad 1/2 somali/russian...mom 1/2 somali/british).

  • @nololwacan Oh cool..

so basically you are white and Black.. cool

  • Mixed race have better genes & genetics than any of the parents fact plus they look good they are just human beings.

  • The girl in the black and white picture 04.13 - 04.17 is Samantha Mumba, who's Dad is Nigerian and who's Mam is Irish. Mumba herself was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland.

  • who is the woman at 4:41?

  • Sorry but Beyonce' Is not mixed shes BLACK with a straight LACE FRONT.. soo not a B hater I love Beyonce' Im jus sayin dnt be fooled cuz the skin light

  • @Indonesya2010 EXACTLY

  • @Indonesya2010 Her Mother is actually Creole (mixture of Native American, French, and Black).

We have a lot a lot of Creoles in SE Texas and Louisiana. Some in Mississippi.

  • @tjmack010 ABSOLUTELY, that's why he's in the history books as the first BLACK President.

  • @Magic9053 Obama is MIXED race! He isn't black!

  • @MrChelseaLondonfc I agree with you there, Obama is mixed

  • Comment removed

  • Some of them are too white to be Creoles, like the title said, Mulatto's.

  • @pcmiler2000 And? Black men + white women babies usually look darker, compared to white men + black women babies which look much lighter.

  • @MrChelseaLondonfc That's interesting.

  • @MrChelseaLondonfc That's utter bullshit

  • @ojideagu Nope that's actually true, go and research. I MIGHT be wrong though :D

  • @MrChelseaLondonfc my dads 100% African from Nigeria and my mums white. Yet I have very light brown skin. You can even see my blue veins and I blush red. My brother and sister also are not that dark.

I think it's a total myth that black women/man makes a difference on skin tone

  • @MrChelseaLondonfc Not that there's anything wrong with being dark. I like going a deeper brown in the sun lol

  • @ojideagu HAHAHA :D

  • good vid i am always interested on info about the creole peoples of the usa

  • Regardless of WHAT color ANYONE is, we are ALL children of God and we all have the tendency to be beautiful inside as well as outward. These women are beautiful, no doubt, no matter what color u call them...me myself refer to my kids as my mocha babies!

  • they keep showin beyonce she's not mixed ive seen both of her parents and theyre both black her moms the same complection as my my mom and she aint mixed...

  • Ugh....I HATE the word mulatto.

  • @LadyofWar1980 Come on now ,give Me a Break...Her Mother is a Mixed Race Creole ....Does that Count ?? Nobody in this video is saying She is not Black but can't You see that the Lady 's( Beyonce ) Ancestry has a History of Race Mixing..

  • @augustinecomeaux I don't like that word because I find it demeaning. Period. End of story. Have a nice day.

  • @augustinecomeaux I'm mixed race, black and white, and I HATE mixed race people just being referred to as black, like their white or other background does not exist.

I will never ever hide the fact I'm half white.

  • @ojideagu "like"

  • @Psalm30eleven What do you mean

  • @ojideagu but that is not a doing of black people, You have to realize that was created by white men... as older biracial people normally refer to themselves as black. Watch Mariah Carey on George Lopez, she considers herself black, so Does Barack Obama... its the one drop rule... It will take years before thats wiped out

  • @numonemofan Mariah Carey calling herself black is one of the most retarded things I've ever heard. I don't know what she has been smoking, but if she went to Africa not one person would call her black.

People who are mixed race like myself in the UK, usually say we are "mixed race" That's

the legal name for the category here. But Bi-racial is cool too. I can see why Americans still go by the one drop rule mentality due to segregation etc. But these days it needs to end.

  • @numonemofan Obama should not feel like it's his duty to represent just African Americans as their first president. He should emphasise his white mother and that he is half white. I never hide the fact I'm half white.

I was disappointed when he named himself as black rather then b-racial on his census form or whatever it was.

  • @ojideagu yeah be proud of who you are! that's it

  • @ojideagu I have a question, since you HATE mixed race people being referred to as black, what would you say if someone called you white? I seriously doubt you would be that upset. I see black hate is alive and well.

  • @NYhistorian And how do you come to that conclusion, you clearly are not mixed race if you make such a stupid statement or assumption. Why would being called white be better? Why

do you assume not wanting to be called black means you want to be called white?

I am sick of people like you making assumptions about mixed race people when you are clueless.

  • @ojideagu You don't know what I am or what I'm mixed with and that's not the issue. What I was talking about is that it seems like there is such a disdain for the word black. It's almost like "how dare you call me black". Another thing is how can I be making assumptions when the above comment is said on the regular. Also, how do you assume that I know nothing of mixed race people? You don't know me and mixed race people are not somewhere in a vacuum. Mixed race people are everywhere.

  • @NYhistorian It's nothing to do with disdain. Calling something what it is not is wrong.

Obama is as much white as he is black. He is not just "African American"

I hate it when he's only reffered to as a black person, with his white side swept under the carpet.

Why must mixed race people be ashamed of being half white? Why must the white

side be a dirty hidden secret, while only the black side embraced? Mixed

people come from TWO background or more.

  • @ojideagu First off, I don't care what Obama considers himself. Second, your argument is weak because you believe that a person should not be called black. A person should be able to decide for himself what he is. Then you turn around and get mad because the President wants to call himself black? What would you say if he was called white? Would you hate that? I am waiting for this answer.

  • @NYhistorian A person cannot decide what OTHER people call them.

I just told you 10 years ago, that it's as bad to call a mixed race person

just white or black, because it is factually wrong.

Obama only wants to call himself black because of the American hangup

with the 1 drop rule. In Brazil it's the total reverse.

  • @ojideagu A person can decide to do what he or she wants. What the hell are you talking about? Obama calls himself black because that is his choice. Also if you read his book his own grandparents and friends considered him black. Like I said previously, I really don't care if he called himself mixed or whatever. HIS choice is black. Live with it, it's not right or wrong. Obviously, you have the hang up. As far as Brazil, there are many people who call themselves black.

  • @NYhistorian In Brazil, If you have any mix in your blood you

are mixed race. 43% of Brazilians call themselves mixed. 6% call themselves

just black. All of them would be considered black in America. That's the difference.

I have a hangup with not sweeping my White heritage under the carpet

like a dirty little secret so I can look cool among my peers and "fit in" to a box

that doesn't fit and never will.

Are you seriously saying someone who hides their white parentage is

    a balanced person?

  • Another thing is you are contradicting yourself. If the reverse of the one-drop rule is to consider yourself white, then that just goes against what you posted. You said it is wrong to call oneself black because of a drop of African blood. Guess what there are some people who call themselves white who have African blood. I don't hear you complaining about that. Listen, stop with the black hate and get educated on what's really going on.

  • @NYhistorian You are the person who is contradicting themselves.

You are a paranoid delusionist with a massive chip on their shoulder.

How hard is it for you to understand, mixed race is DISTINCT from African

or "black" and it is also distinct from white.

America brainwashes anyone with black blood to fit nicely into a neat "black" box.

Well wake up, because mixed race people are the fastest growing minority

and are defining themselves outside of your box,.

  • @ojideagu I know what you mean. I'm Hawaiian, Portuguese & my husband is Creole & some of his people say "I may maybe creole but Im Black"!! So irritating.

  • @futhanabuddah4444 Yes, people just want to put mixed people into simple boxes, because they can't comprehend or know how to label us.

  • @ojideagu no one outside of blacks really care about you. i never see people who are half asian act like half blacks. mixed asians don't go around crying that the white side be recognized. native people who are heavily mixed with white blood in USA are proud to say they are native & even if they have a white parent they identify with the colored part of them. half blacks are the only ones i see whining about identifying as the non-white part. you are worldwide embarrassments to black people.

  • @woxihuanshu Anyone who has white blood and tries to hide it is lying to themselves. America seems to have a hangup about acknowledging it. Or is white ancestry inferior and to be ignored? Well I'm not ignoring it and I never will. My white family and ancestry and family tree is just as important as my black and will NEVER be swept under the carpet or hidden.

  • @woxihuanshu You'll find it's Americans who are the embarrassment. You are the one's who are going against the rest of the world. In Brazil, which has the most mixed people in the world, they call themselves mixed race, not black.

  • @ojideagu I'm not American. I am over in the USA on student visa. Brazil is in the Americas. And the brazilians don't call themselves "mixed" race. Brazil is known to have the biggest problem with racial identity having numerous racial categories. And again, it's typically the half blacks that are behind that. They can have 1 family w/ members belonging to various different racial terms just based on color. The natives in Brazil are not so silly in behavior.

  • Comment removed

  • @woxihuanshu

    Brazilian Ethnic groups (2008

    [1] ) 48.43% White

    43.80% Brown (Multiracial)

    6.84% Black

    0.58% Asian

    0.28% Amerindian

  • @ojideagu Brown is not mutliracial. And when I look at black people, there hair is usually black but guess what color their skin is? brown. Your post fails.

  • @woxihuanshu Brown is not black either. Most brown people in Brazil are multi-racial.

  • @woxihuanshu Only 6% of Brazilians marked their race as black on the form. So you're the one who fails

  • @ojideagu no. you fail. you claim they call themselves mixed race. they don't. they call themselves brown in which any black person can claim to be since all black people, upon sight of any sighted person, can obviously see are brown-skin people. and that doesn't explain why it's clear that Amerindians (who come in many shades) and Asian peoples (who have many shades, i have people in my family of various hues but mostly light in complexion), don't waste time w/ silly color terms used as "race".

  • @woxihuanshu Your definition of black is totally different. In Brazil "black" means dark skinned. Most Brazilians cannot properly trace their ethnic background. They do not class themselves in ethnic boxes, they class themselves more by skin colour. Only dark people are called "Black"

  • @ojideagu I totally 110% disagree. What a misconception.First of all im black ,from the black race, like i said considerd race not color.Second not all so blacks are the same color or complexion. Some are darker brown, light brown, redish brown, and real dark blackish.Third i have met people of other races darker than me.We are not the only dark people on this earth.

  • @AthenieanArmy Nobodu said black people are all dark, there are Indian's darker than most "Black" people.

However "Black" and "white" are more a social identity than biological.

However if someone has parents who are different, say black and white, the offspring should not just be called "black" or "white"

  • @ojideagu A comprehensive study presented by the Brazilian Journal of Medical and Biological Research found that on average, white Brazilians are (>70%) European in ancestry, the rest is a mix of native american and black. white Brazilians are mixed race!

  • @TheWisconsin1 No human's are pure anyway. racial identity is mostly a social product. However if two people have parents who "look" very different, I class that person as mixed, not one or the other. Or if both your parents were mixed race themselves, that makes the child mixed race as well, which is what it's like in Brazil.

  • @ojideagu White people in general are 70-90+ white, one of the biggest white nations in the world are 70% white in ancestry. Creoles of colour are on average 80% black/African in ancestry.

  • @TheWisconsin1 Are You a genealogist ?? You don't even make sense..Just where did You get this Mumbo Jumbo from ??..It sounds like You go around to all the Creoles and take DNA test...I'm confused because to Me it's unbelievably ridiculous to make such statements, especially on a public forum.... The statement You made is a stereotype and not a fact..Louisiana Creoles don't come from Brazil

  • @TheWisconsin1 gosh where do you get those stats from lol

dude there might be a lot of immigration going on into euro countries currently(thats what falsifies the stats), but i assure you the over overwhelming majority of the native poppulation of these white countries are 99.9 percent white even in the border areas like spain and greece its still way over 90 percent

they purposely fake the stats by counting the immigration as natives and then they say the population is mixed ...

    it is not

  • @augustinecomeaux Her mom is mixed with Hispanic, Mexican I think.

  • @LadyofWar1980 me too

  • i dont understand bout much bout creole mulattos but what i heard and realize that there is a huge proof most of black women want to be european looks they whiten there skin like beyonce, rihanna, just name of few celebrities that obviously they are black but now they claiming they are mixed race i dont get it most black should proud bout their color coz they are talented and beautiful and stop changing their color for white people

  • @MegaVivian11 I really don't think they want to be European looking at all They just want to be what they are..Many already look European anyway and the most don't want to be White..I Think entertainers Whiten their skin because I believe it attracts a larger audience and therefore they can earn more money...Remember 90% of African American Women no matter what color straighten their hair as well..The Natural look (Afro ) went out of style in the 80's. I believe it's an American thing

  • @augustinecomeaux No its more like a self hatred lol natural style is coming back, how can what you are be out of style?

even spanish women do it too, they bleach and a lot of them straighten their hair.

Indian women bleach as well , it is a deeper issue not so easy really

  • @MegaVivian11 Beyonce's Mom is mixed but I think if ur less than a quarter it eliminates cause ur more black and her fathers clearly full black ,same with rhianna her father is clearly mixed 2 but never seen her mom so dont know but its most likely the same like beyonce it eliminates because its less than a quarter !!

its like saying im half a quarter 1/4 mixed thats retraded so I guess ur right !!!

  • @MegaVivian11 true true!

  • @MegaVivian11

My goodness, I don't know where you get your "facts" about black women, but we certainly are not brainwash by mainstream media's perception of beauty. Just because you may have read a few articles on skin bleaching and so called experts analysis on black women and beauty, it doesn't represent the whole population of black women. But it is sickening because people like to cling to these manufacture "insecurities" about black women perpetuated in the press or anywhere else.

  • @MegaVivian11 you really don't know the history of creole american people lol they don't have to whiten their skin, when they are mixed with white blood lmfaoooooo

  • @DownChick22 First of all, there are dark skinned Creoles. Being mixed with white blood doesn't guarantee that you'll be lighter skinned.

  • @thefloacist FIRST OF ALL did I say something about Darkskin Creole, so bitch save your comment for somebody who gives a damn...don't like what I typed skip over me....

  • @thefloacist Secondly somebody said that these women Look like they bleached their skin, I said you can tell a person who lightens their skin, from a person who is naturally Light skin..so WTF YOU TALKING ABOUT
