is it possible to feel a stress fracture the entire length of your femur after doing the melbourne shuffle? (which would have the same type of stress as running, more or less)
i got a stress fracture sometime in october during cross country season... went on crutches for idk how many weeks. and now iam trying to get ready for track season and am a little hesitant because every once in a while i will have a real mild pain... should i wear some kind of brace or something or not run or wat???
I've heard that you only need to wear the boot and use the crutches when "walking around" and that biking actually is a good way to cross-train and not affect the stress fracture.
I had a boot on for 11 weeks it that long. Should I be able to not were it anymore?
